Relax in this light filled 4 bedroom retro beach house with fabulous 180 degree water views from the Bermagui River taking in Mt Gulaga, Camel Rock and out to Montague island. Ideal for a larger family or small group.

Centrally located, it is within easy walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf (800m), Country Club and golf course (950m), main street shops and beach, and the recently refurbished Bermagui Hotel (1.3km). In a wide street, with a good sized yard, this holiday property ticks a lot of boxes. After a busy day at the beach or fishing you can BBQ on the downstairs deck, relax on the upstairs deck and enjoy the amazing views or take an easy stroll into town for dinner. If you want room to move and good value for money, this is an ideal holiday home.

Beautiful Bermagui
Great facilities for two families. Fully equipped kitchen, easy walk to town. More beds than listed though. We really enjoyed our stay. Bermagui was great! The house exceeded our expectations and it turned out to be a fabulous priced holiday.

Lovely views & location, Dirty house
Lovely views from top and bottom deck & location was great but we felt dirty in the house & washed any dishes before use. House smelly, fingerprints/smears on fridge, Food crumbs on surfaces, balcony not cleaned at all, all glass dirty, mould in shower corners, stains on couches and grotty looking cushions. Not enough parking to house 8 people, one car in driveway and any other vehicle to park on the street. Poor communication from estate agent with people showing up for repairs unannounced & people entering home in our absence made it very hard to relax. This property has a lot of potential. Starting with proper cleaning between guests, getting rid of the smell+stinky cupboard & updating couches/grotty cushions to something clean and comfortable.

Great views from balconies
Property is well located for walking to town. There is a great view to the north and northeast from the balconies. Beds are very comfortable. New fridge,oven and microwave are great.Julie Rutherford Real Estate very good to deal with.
