Located within walking distance of the township of Bermagui, this property features a well designed walkway which gives private access to the beach. With 5 bedrooms you can bring the whole family (plus more!) to enjoy the best of what Bermagui has to offer.
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: Looking out over the Pacific Ocean (don't forget to look for whales!) you will feel at home with plenty of books to read whilst listening to the waves, free Wi-Fi. With comfortable lounges to relax on, there is also a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook up a storm.
Bedrooms: The property features 5 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 people. Bedding configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 King size bed with bedside tables, lamps, a walk in robe and ensuite. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen size bed with bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobe and windows on two sides allowing maximum sun. Bedroom 3: 1 Queen size bed with bedside tables, lamps and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 4: 1 Double size bed with bedside tables, lamps and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 5: Situated downstairs, this room has 2x tri bunks making it a perfect children's escape.
Outdoor areas: The back of the house has a full length deck complete with lounging chairs. Cook a BBQ whilst overlooking the breath taking views.

The place was absolutely perfect for our weekend away. The outlook is just incredible – we could’ve happily spent the whole day on the balcony, soaking in the view and watching whales go by. The short stroll through the bush takes you to a stunning, unspoilt beach – such a special spot.We were a group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) celebrating my mum’s 80th, and it couldn’t have been more ideal. The house has a relaxed, old-school beach vibe that made us feel instantly at home – nothing precious, just easy and comfortable.There was plenty of space for everyone, and the open kitchen made it easy to cook and entertain all together. We also loved sitting around the fire in the evenings.I’d highly recommend this place – it was everything we’d hoped for and more.
The house was good ,but for the amount of money it costs we felt it was not up to scratch ,no wifi, bathrooms had mould and dust and dirt left behind, carpets needed a good vacuum ,and no simple things like hand wash and salt and pepper, also it is rented to large groups of up to 12 and no clothes line or anywhere to hang clothes and towels, also it says 3 bathrooms but there is only 2 toilets not really enough for 12 people, we thought the house is not really being maintained like it should ,yard etc, for the amount of money it would be brining in.

Great house but lacks the basics
This place is spacious and the view and location are hard to beat but we were very disappointed in some of the basics that were totally missed. For starters there was no outdoor table to sit at and enjoy a dinner watching the view. Instead there was some very old rusty furniture and a couple of larger chairs. The entire house needed a spray as we found numerous spiders, centerpedes and mice upstairs in the lounge room that would scurry around the couches at night. For a prestigious property this is totally unacceptable. There were also basic kitchen things missing such as oven mits and enough platters for the people it sleeps. We needed to purchase toilet rolls, garbage bags and all condiments as well as pepper, salt, glad-wrap etc. I know it’s a self service property but it would be good to know that these very basic essentials are not available. Then there were issues with door knobs falling off, the dishwasher not fitted correctly so it would fall on you when opening (we had a handy man to come and fix this as it was dangerous), shower screens and roller doors not on runners and the fear of being stuck in the toilet as the door was often too hard to open. It’s also important to note that the photos make the house look a lot closer to the beach than it really is. It’s a fair climb up and down which was a pretty hard considering the path needed a major prune. If these basic fundamentals were fixed and sorted out then the house would be awesome. I think some care and maintenance are vitally required to bring it up to speed - something the agency needs to discuss with the owner urgently.

Regarding your concerns, the property now has a new outdoor table and chairs. It arrived the day after your stay - Unfortunately as we are a small town we cant always get things immediately. We have also checked with the cleaner and she said that there are plenty of oven mitts in the kitchen drawer - it seems as though you might have missed the drawer. We will also check the property for any little critters although no other guest has ever said that there has been an issue. Also, as stated in the description, the property does not have items like salt and pepper however it always is supplied with 2 toilet rolls per toilet, enough garbage bags for a guest stay and also enough cleaning products so a guest shouldnt have to purchase those. The maintenance issues you mentioned were always promptly attended to. In fact we were quite surprised at your review as you even extended your stay by 2 days.

Perfect location with easy access to Bermagui. The property would have been better if they supplied basics such as oil, salt and such. Would recommend!
The front of the house was lovely the bathrooms a bit run down, nowhere to hang towels
The experience would be greatly improved by yea bags and a small milk, a coffee machine and hairdryers

Good location ocean views with beach access saw Whales from the deck dolphins in the waves and seals also from the back deck lots of space.
Nice comfy lounges and plenty of chairs on the deck.
No access to the garage for extra parking which would have been advantages as we had 4 vehicles
Lovely property! Easily housed our extended family of 12 . House is much bigger than it appears in photos. A lot of stairs , if this is an issue for you avoid it . Unfortunately couldn’t use the fireplaces as one is ornamental and the other is broken , even though firewood was provided ( a very thoughtful gesture, we thought ) . Gorgeous little seaside town , very peaceful and quiet. We all enjoyed our stay . Think property could do with a little maintenance, nothing major just a few little issues which could be a problem in the future if left unattended. Would recommend this House with views that are unrivaled.

Fabulous view
A wonderful location and very comfortable beds and good quality lounge furniture. However the place needs some tlc and add some finishing touches ie bin liners in bathrooms, tea towels, salt n Pepper etc. There are a lot of stairs down to beach and are fairly over grown, garden again needs some tlc.
We had an amazing time and the property was stunning and suited our families needs but there was a serious issue the we mentioned to the agent on day one but they could not help
The house had two stories with bedrooms upstairs and down stairs and the only access was to enter from the outside to go upstairs the downstairs from inside the house
There is a external door downstairs to enter the downstairs room but they are locked
This is a fire hazard issue that needs

If the is a fire upstairs the downs stairs people have to go upstairs to exits the house rather then exiting from the downstairs door

Incredible view, amazing large deck with great outdoor furniture and BBQ, and stairs down to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Older style bathrooms but they were fine.
Great location! Kitchen was well equipped! Living areas worked well. Outdoor furniture was broken- which was disappointing as we were unable to eat outside. Advertised as 3 bathrooms but only has 2 toilets for 12 people ( one of the toilets is an ensuite)

Great house in a beautiful location. The view is superb and the direct beach access is really nice. Really enjoyed the fireplace for relaxing at night. Will rent this place again in the future.
