am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent stay at the townhouse.Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the overall experience fell well below acceptable standards, especially considering the amount of money we paid. The lounge was broken and extremely uncomfortable, with a protruding post and an uneven surface, making it unsuitable for use. This caused ongoing discomfort throughout our stay.In addition, during the period of our stay, there were constant complaints from other residents, with issues being raised on an almost daily basis. This significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our holiday, to the point where it felt completely ruined.There were also several practical issues that added to our frustration. The vacuum cleaner caused a power outage when used, there was no large pot available to cook basic meals such as pasta for our family, and the water pressure in the showers was extremely poor — barely more than a drizzle. Furthermore, the rooms felt damp, as though they had been closed up for an extended period, with the carpets noticeably affected by moisture.Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet our expectations in any way. Given the cost of the accommodation, we expected a much higher standard. As it stands, we would not consider staying at this property again.I believe it is important that this feedback is taken seriously and addressed to prevent future guests from having a similar

Hi Stella, While we appreciate all feedback, positive and negative, we'll take this one with a grain of salt. You seemed to have no problems with the property or your stay until you had issues with the neighbouring residents, issues that were caused by yourself by: Parking/blocking the driveway with your car and boat Having your kids flying around the common areas on quad bikes nearly taking out people and hitting vehicles Standing over other residents when they asked you to remove your car and boat, stop your kids flying around the common areas etc. It was only once the issues were brought to our attention by other residence that you started bringing the issues to us. Is the property perfect, not it's not and as you are aware, as soon as the shower/plumbing issue was brought to our attention we had a plumber attend. As for the rest of it.... as I said we'll take it with a grain of salt. We would suggest that if you are going to bring cars, boats, quad bikes etc. on holiday that you book a property with suitable space and parking which will allow both you and your neighbours to enjoy their time. All the best.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good. We had difficulties getting access to the jetty and this did not work until 2 days before we left. The bunk beds were so squeaky you could here them downstairs!!Not good for inducing restful sleep. Master bedroom was excellent.

Simply the best

The property is ideally located, close to the water and shops, and in a quiet location. Cupboards had all the utensils we needed and the grandchildren had a great collection of toys. For adults who prefer to stay indoors, there are books and videos. With these additional touches and all linen provided, we really felt spoilt for the price of accommodation. We enjoyed eating in the private courtyard, which was well shaded. The private jetty was great for children to fish from but too shallow for anything serious. However, it should be good for those wanting to launch into snorkelling or other water activity. Our whole family will recommend this property to friends and it will be our first option if we visit the Shoalhaven again.
