Spacious duplex located at mile marker 10.5. This home is surrounded by shops and restaurants that are within walking distance, as well as a bike path right outside the front door. There is ample living space inside the beautifully decorated home. The house also has several decks with a porch swing, private deck off of primary bedroom, large picnic table for oceanfront dining, and a large hot tub that will seat up to 6 people. All new kitchen appliances in 2024.
