Spend your vacation relaxing in island luxury. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a bonus sleeping area, there is room for the entire crew! Even your furry family member is welcome at AMI Boathouse because this house is dog friendly!

Located on the coveted north end of the island, AMI boathouse is steps from the bay, and sits on the canal so you can enjoy a water view any time of the day. A new 6 x 55 ft Boat Dock has just been installed!

When you are done at the beach or just want a morning swim, lounge beside the sparkling waterfront pool and take a dip in the spa! The outdoor shower is perfect for cleaning off after a day at the beach or out on the boat.

After a long day outdoors, relax in the oversized master suite in your California King sized bed, walk in closet and en-suite bath with large soaking tub. French doors lead you to the balcony overlooking the pool and the canal.

The second and third bedrooms also have King Beds. All bedrooms are on the second floor which is the main living area.

The kitchen is well appointed and loaded with counter space so everyone has room to cook their favorites and still enough room for making your tropical drinks of choice. You'll find plenty of space to gather together both indoors and out! Enjoy Anna Maria Island in the utmost comfort and style at AMI Boathouse!

***The spa does not heat beyond what the pool temperature is set.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the AMI Boathouse. The house was well equipped with extra linens, beach toys, lawn chairs and much much more. There are a few things that need attention: the tv in the bedroom with the slider going outside didn't seem to work, the wine fridge didn't get below 60 degrees, the grill could probably be replaced but still worked for us it just seems a bit dated. As for the attention from AMI rentals, our AC unit didn't work the first day and it was fixed by noon the next day. The service was great and everyone was very responsive! My family and I loved the house and enjoyed the hospitality here, and we would not hesitate to recommend the AMI Boathouse or AMI vacation rentals.

Needs TLC

Property location is fantastic and the bones of the house are there but the pictures online are old. The bunk room now has two weird beds jammed in the area head to foot and the other bedroom has an oddly high bed frame with no effort to even try to hide the bad purchase. The updates and repairs were done as cheaply as can be done: The full bath off the kitchen was done with plastic or vinyl sheet on the floor even though the pictures on the website show gorgeous hardwoods. (Hardwoods that are there need to be sanded and polyurethaned) The primary is super comfy but again, they covered the bathroom floor as cheaply as possible and decided against replacing the door that was on the shower. Instead there is a drugstore plastic curtain on a spring rod. The living room furniture needs to be replaced as does the sofa in the bonus room. Some TLC and this place would rock unfortunately it is hanging on by a thread.

Luxury on Loquat

Beautiful pool and dock, great for families. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Short walk to pier and trolley. The home is decorated beautifully and is on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need. We enjoyed our stay and cannot think of anything we would change.

Great place

This property was exactly as described. It’s an older home that has been mostly updated. We didn’t love the door alarms but understand it is a state law so we dealt with them. The canal was great to kayak through and the neighborhood was nice to walk our dog around. It would be nice if there was a patch of grass or turf for pets to do their business. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were fine. Any time we reached out to the management they responded promptly. We will return!
