Designed with a seamless open-plan layout, this home offers a refined yet relaxed escape by the coast. Unwind in the living area, sink into leather sofas by the indoor fireplace with fine wine, or enjoy a cosy movie night on the smart TV. During the winter months, a starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace. Extra firewood can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring premium Bosch appliances, ample bench space, and bar stools for casual bites. Share intimate meals around the timber dining table for eight. Step through the bi-fold doors to the alfresco dining area where a built-in BBQ, hot/cold sink and prep space invite you to savour outdoor feasts. After meals, stretch out on the sun loungers as the coastal breeze drifts through the lush garden.

Drift into a restful sleep in four beautifully styled bedrooms. Rest on the king bed in the primary suite, get ready in the walk-in robe, and refresh in the sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower. Retreat to the second bedroom featuring a queen, single bed and ensuite. Settle into the third bedroom with a queen bed, or tuck into the fourth room’s two single beds—perfect for families or groups. Start your day with a rejuvenating shower or soak in the bathtub in the family bathroom, complete with a powder area. Keep your wardrobe fresh with a washer and dryer.

Enjoy endless entertainment in the converted garage, now a dedicated games room with table tennis and foosball. Stay comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the primary suite, second bedroom, and main living area. Arrive effortlessly with free on-site parking.

A three-minute drive brings you to Dunsborough town centre, where boutique shops, a shopping mall with Coles, and a vibrant dining scene await—enjoy fine dining at Yarri, pizzas and mango beer at Occy’s, or fresh seafood at Blue Manna Bistro. For a café stop, try Artezen for French toast or Merchant & Maker for a quick caffeine fix. Spend a laid-back afternoon teeing off at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, just three minutes away, or head six minutes to Country Life Farm for hands-on animal feeding.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We are pet-friendly - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. We will reach out to charge a pet fee of AUD 94.
