Located directly opposite Eagle Bay Beach and once the heartbeat of Eagle Bay as the Old General Store, this villa has been transformed into a charming coastal retreat where history meets modern comfort. The open-plan living area is furnished with leather sofas, a TV, and reverse-cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. The adjoining dining table and kitchen are fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, a coffee machine, and a breakfast bar, making it ideal for casual meals.

The surrounding glass sliding doors lead to the alfresco dining setting, complete with a BBQ and a sparkling private pool with shaded sun loungers. The villa offers two spacious king bedrooms with private ensuites, while a separate studio offers two single beds combined into a king and its own ensuite with a luxurious standalone bathtub. The bathrooms are modern and thoughtfully spaced for your convenience.

The property also features high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking. We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels.

Eagle Bay Beach Retreat is located on the lower level of the property. The upstairs residence, Casa Indigo, is also managed by us and can be booked separately for groups wishing to stay close together.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Located on Meelup Road, this villa offers easy access to the stunning Eagle Bay Beach, a dog-friendly haven ideal for morning or evening strolls. Just seven kilometres from Dunsborough Town, you’ll find boutique shops, cafes, and local attractions. Nearby, Wise Winery and Eagle Bay Brewery provide excellent food and wine experiences, while the wider Margaret River region offers art galleries, hiking trails, and world-renowned vineyards. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a base for exploration, this location has it all.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
