About this property
The Tree House, Eagle Bay
Summary:
As you drive through the gates to the Tree House, a sense of peace and relaxation will come over you. Aptly named, the "Tree House" is perched above the Jarrah and Marri tree canopy, privately tucked away on a 1.25 acre block, while still only a 10 minute stroll to beautiful Eagle Bay beach.
The Space:
As you drive through the gates to the Tree House a sense of peace and relaxation will come over you. Aptly named, this property is perched above the Jarrah and Marri tree canopy, privately tucked away on a 1.25 acre block, whilst still only a 10 minute stroll to beautiful Eagle Bay beach.
Bedrooms and open living areas all enjoy the wonderful bush views. Expansive decks and quiet sitting areas allowing a perfect space for couples and families alike.
The light-filled entrance to the house with pitched cathedral ceilings, and a picture window looking West through the Eagle Bay Valley really has the wow factor.
Upstairs opens into a magnificent open plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. This open living area is equipped with ceiling fans, a gas heater and reverse cycle air conditioning to cater for all seasons. The lounge features a smart TV with Netflix and Stan (guests will need to use their own login), DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. This area extends onto a breathtaking deck area in the tree top canopy, which is comfortably equipped for alfresco dining (including gas BBQ), as well as a relaxing sun lounger and chairs.
The master bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan, also opens onto the deck area, and has a private en suite bathroom. There is also a separate WC and wash basin to service guests in the upstairs area.
Downstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms both with a queen bed, and sliding doors opening onto a separate veranda patio area. The fourth bedroom, (also downstairs) has 2 single beds, a smart TV and DVD player, and shares the bathroom facilities in this area with bedrooms 2 & 3. The well equipped laundry facilities include s washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and an additional WC, open out to and outside area with a hot and cold outside shower area.
Enjoy all the wonderful Down South activities or a long day at the beach, then retreat back home to the Tree House and watch the sun melt over the valley. If peace and relaxation are what you seek then this is the place for you and your family and friends.

The Neighborhood:
Eagle Bay is one of the most sought-after destinations in the South West, thanks to its stunning coastal views, pristine beaches and secluded position north of Dunsborough. Tucked away in the Meelup Regional Park, it is a nature lover's dream, and we challenge anyone to get tired of swimming in the picture perfect water, lounging on the soft white sand, or enjoying the world class views! Explore the park trails or while away the days at the beach - your holiday, your pace.
Eagle Bay is in the perfect position to pop into Dunsborough for all of your shopping needs, and to explore the northernmost part of the cape (Cape Naturaliste), where you will be treated to secluded beaches, dramatic rock formations and crystal-clear, turquoise waters as far as the eye can see. It really is paradise!
Please see our Guidebook for our personal recommendations for the local area.
The Margaret River Wine Region is one of the most prestigious winemaking areas in the world. Considered a “boutique” region, production is relatively small and quality-focused. The unique microclimates and fabulous soils here mean that producers are able to make some of the world’s best Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a host of other single varietal and blend wines; most wineries will have a good selection of options, including various sparkling wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz if the flagship varieties aren’t your cup of tea. Many of these wineries are also home to phenomenal restaurants, and your dining options will range from full tasting menus to casual pizzas or grazing boards. If you have any particular restaurant on your wish list, we strongly recommend booking ahead all year round. In peak summer season (December-February), bookings are essential and may need to be made several weeks or months in advance. Please contact us directly if you would like tailored recommendations for your self-guided winery and/or brewery tour. If you have time, we highly recommend buying a ticket onto one of the many locally operated winery and brewery tour buses, for an unforgettable day out of excellent food and drink.
