Cosy and homely stay

Great fully furnished with special touches, like bunnings straw hats to use. Beds were comfy and main bedroom was roomy with ensuite and plenty of cupboard and drawer spaces. No ac but fans worked good. There was ac in the lounge which was funished with comfy lounges and a large dining table. Loved the ambiance outside with lighting at night.

Hi Gayle, thank you for your lovely review! We’re so happy to hear you had a cosy and homely stay. It’s great that the special touches, like the Bunnings straw hats, added to your experience! We’re also glad the beds were comfortable and the main bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage. While we don’t have air conditioning in all the bedrooms, we’re glad the fans and the AC in the lounge helped keep things cool. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the comfy lounges, the large dining table, and the ambiance outside—especially with the lighting at night. Thank you again for your kind words, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay soon! McGrath Port Stephens

Ideal location for us

House is fully equipped with pots pans plates etc Lots of seating areas. As overseas visitors it was a bit frustrating not to have literally anything Salt and pepper Tea?The coffee pods were a brand we couldn’t find in either of the two large supermarkets. So ideal if you’re bringing everything There are two places to eat in walking distance so I suppose takeaways or eating out work. One AC unit in lounge None anywhere near the bedrooms Sea breezes did blow through and cool things down

Thank you Wendy, for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear the house was well-equipped and had plenty of seating for your group. We completely understand that as overseas visitors, it can be frustrating not to find some of the basic essentials like salt, pepper, or tea. We’ll definitely take that into consideration for future guests and work on improving our welcome supplies. We’re happy to hear the sea breezes helped keep things cool. We appreciate your thoughts and we hope to welcome you back in the future! McGrath Port Stephens

Lovely spot for a weekend away

Fantastic location, well equipped apartment. Spotted a Koala in the tree on our walk. Restaurants close by with great food and coffee. Only negative was no wifi and our mobile phone service was poor (location issue). We had a very relaxing break.

Beautiful well equip unit

Lovely spacious unit which is beautifully decorated and eqip with many extras not usually available in most holiday units. The only drawback was that the outdoor area needed sweeping and the the BBQ cleaning.

Fantastic apartment.

This apartment is very spacious. Fabulous balcony area and lovely pool. Soldiers Point is a sleepy little place which is lovely. Delicious dining at local establishments. Only downside was beach which was weedy so not nice to swim. Also would have loved a hair dryer! Would be happy to stay again.

Comfortable Holiday Lodgings

Was good - living area was better than the images. Only downside was we had a full house and the hot water seemed to run out each day and didn't reheat so the last person had a cold shower a few nights!

Close to beaches and eateries.

I stayed at Penisula Waters recently with my partner and two children. We loved our stay as there are beautiful beaches within a stones throw and the apartment itself was so tastefully decorated with a spacious feel and plenty of room for all of us to have our own quiet time to relax.. Especially loved the main room with large ensuite with spa and two huge sliding robes... Will be staying again .. Thank you to the owners and o'meara real estate at the bay who were friendly and efficient. Sandalee
