Peninsula Waters, 1/2-4 Soldiers Point Road - Aircon, pool & massive outdoor area
This beautifully furnished Soldiers Point holiday unit has a spacious open plan air conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living area opens out to a huge sun drenched terrace with outdoor dining and lounge furniture and BBQ, a fantastic place for alfresco dining while enjoying the views across the park and Sunset Boulevard water views.
Peninsula Waters is in a great location with cafes and shops located underneath the complex, tennis courts and park across the road and just a short walk to Soldiers Point marina and boat ramp. There is a pool in the complex and 1 secure car space with access via a swipe card.
Bedding configuration can be changed in the main bedroom, the King bed can be split into 2 long singles - we suggest you bring flat sheets if you are wanting this combination or standard King sheets if requiring the King bed.

Great fully furnished with special touches, like bunnings straw hats to use. Beds were comfy and main bedroom was roomy with ensuite and plenty of cupboard and drawer spaces. No ac but fans worked good. There was ac in the lounge which was funished with comfy lounges and a large dining table. Loved the ambiance outside with lighting at night.

Ideal location for us
House is fully equipped with pots pans plates etc Lots of seating areas.As overseas visitors it was a bit frustrating not to have literally anything Salt and pepper Tea?The coffee pods were a brand we couldn’t find in either of the two large supermarkets.So ideal if you’re bringing everything There are two places to eat in walking distance so I suppose takeaways or eating out work.One AC unit in lounge None anywhere near the bedrooms Sea breezes did blow through and cool things down

Absolutely LOVE it... it is so close to Nelson Bay and Anna ..highly recommended .
The property is very nice and parking is right outside...you dont need to go under parking. The surrounding area is quite and beautiful. It is so close to other main area such as Nelson Bay and Anna Bay...we were really enjoying our stay. Thank You

Fantastic location, well equipped apartment. Spotted a Koala in the tree on our walk. Restaurants close by with great food and coffee. Only negative was no wifi and our mobile phone service was poor (location issue). We had a very relaxing break.

Beautiful well equip unit
Lovely spacious unit which is beautifully decorated and eqip with many extras not usually available in most holiday units. The only drawback was that the outdoor area needed sweeping and the the BBQ cleaning.

Perfect !!
Perfect !! is all I can say, we will definitely be returning. Apartment was stunning and had everything we needed the beaches were beautiful and the fishing on the marina was fantastic ourselves and our family from the Uk had a holiday to remember. Thankyou to the Owners and real estate.

Fantastic apartment.
This apartment is very spacious. Fabulous balcony area and lovely pool. Soldiers Point is a sleepy little place which is lovely. Delicious dining at local establishments. Only downside was beach which was weedy so not nice to swim. Also would have loved a hair dryer! Would be happy to stay again.

Great holiday apartment
Very good, nice garden balcony, plenty of room. We enjoyed living there for 4 days. Hot water still runs out!

Comfortable Holiday Lodgings
Was good - living area was better than the images.
Only downside was we had a full house and the hot water seemed to run out each day and didn't reheat so the last person had a cold shower a few nights!

Close to beaches and eateries.
I stayed at Penisula Waters recently with my partner and two children. We loved our stay as there are beautiful beaches within a stones throw and the apartment itself was so tastefully decorated with a spacious feel and plenty of room for all of us to have our own quiet time to relax.. Especially loved the main room with large ensuite with spa and two huge sliding robes... Will be staying again .. Thank you to the owners and o'meara real estate at the bay who were friendly and efficient. Sandalee
