HOA update February 18th 2025: The pool will be closed until end of March while the HOA is waiting for parts to arrive to fix the pool heating system.
Spacious & spotless top floor condo in Iron Horse. Seven beds comprised of two king suites (one with a twin bunk); kids/teens sleeping loft with two twin beds as well as a queen murphy bed; this updated condo has the space you need for a wonderful mountain getaway for up to ten people. The condo has cathedral ceilings and lots of windows making it feel even more spacious than its already roomy 1500 square foot size. Access the large deck from both living room and front king suite. Kitchen w/granite counter tops & full-size appliances hosts everything you need to create and serve meals.
Living room w/gas fireplace; wet bar; new large television; comfy leather couch & loveseat; two occasional chairs w/ottomans; game table; queen murphy bed and ladder access to sleeping loft. To create a more private sleeping area, the living room has the capability to be closed off. Third full bath in hallway plus washer and dryer within the unit. Hooks, cubbies and closets for storage! To ensure the utmost comfort during your stay, we provide humidifiers; fans; extra blankets and pillows stored within the bedroom closets. When it’s time to relax indoors, you can enjoy smart TV's in living room and bedrooms; free Wi-Fi; video library; video game systems with kid friendly games; cozy blankets and an extensive selection of board games.
This beautiful condo is located in the J building, which features an exterior elevator and is just seconds to the pool and two giant outdoor hot tubs.
POOL / HOT TUB hours: Monday - Sunday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.
Iron Horse is conveniently located right off the Corridor Trail (1/4 mile from the 10-person Gondola) and base activities. Easily return to the condo for lunch or to warm up.
IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR SKI-IN/SKI-OUT AND SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Iron Horse is located on the Corridor run that connects the base of Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. This Corridor run (marked as a green run on the trail map) is about 1 mile long. The base of Mary Jane sits higher in elevation than the base of Winter Park. Ski-Out - from Iron Horse, you ski down 1/4 mile to the base of Winter Park. Ski-In - to ski home you must traverse to the Mary Jane side to catch the Corridor run down to Iron Horse. To get to the base of Mary Jane, you will have to be able to manage a blue trail. Note that you do also have the option to use THE LIFT, the town’s free shuttle service, to the base of Winter Park – we highly recommend this option for novice skiers, especially coming home. Note that Iron Horse Resort is on the “green line” of THE LIFT. Level 5 in the D building provides a room for ski storage and ski-in/ski-out access.
FOR EVERYONE:
Make sure you bring your swimsuits as this complex offers a year-round indoor/outdoor heated pool and two new 20-person outdoor hot tubs in addition to a newly remodeled fitness room with steam rooms and showers. With this rental you have access to 1-car private garage (just steps away from elevator access to the condo) with keyless access and ski/board racks to store your gear, plus 1 additional outdoor permitted parking space to accommodate guests with two vehicles. Outdoor parking is on a first come first serve basis. Additional vehicles are not permitted. There is a fee for lost/missing parking pass
Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)
