The Location - Oasis is a modern apartment complex looking down over D'Albora Marina and Port Stephens Harbour and just 100 metres into town for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping and only 350 metres to Nelson Bay Beach.

The Apartment - This first floor apartment has ducted air conditioning throughout and a large balcony with filtered water views and a gas BBQ. There is spacious open plan living with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player,a dining area and a modern kitchen with a cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Three bedrooms (queen bed, double bed and two single beds), ensuite, main bathroom with a shower and bath, and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Plus secure parking in a double lock up garage with lift access to the apartment.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Short stay

Very spacious and great location. Very small garage and couldn’t fit car. Had to park on the street which was ok because it was winter. Wouldn’t like to try and find parking in Summer. Overall nice little getaway.

Nelson Bay is always an amazing place to go for a holiday

This property is very central but totally discussed with the presentation very dirty threw the whole property.

Location was great, apartment was big and spacious. Comfy beds. Linen packs supplied. A few minor things like there was no tea or coffee available on arrival or washing up stuff. Woolworths wasn’t far up the road though and cafe across the road. Toilet was constantly running but told real estate on the Saturday morning. All Walls and kitchen walls need a good clean.

Overall very easy booking process and key collection. I did email a question about the size of the security garage but didn’t get a response and unfortunately our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Location fabulous. Linen packs great idea. A great weekend was had .
