Open and airy one bedroom/one bath: sleeps four people (double bed/ sleeper sofa). Restored in traditional style in 2007, this third floor flat has beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, white Carrara marble kitchen and convenient comforts: WIFI internet, CNN and BBC, DVD player/stereo surround, AIR Conditioned, LCD TV, central heat, washing machine, iron, microwave, refrigerator. The bathroom features Murano Bisazza Venetian glass tile. An antique furnished bedroom has a large armoire and wooden floors. The apartment is sunny with rooftop views and accented with tasteful lighting, located exactly in the centre on the main street in this charming city in Tuscany. Housekeeping once a week. Lucca is surrounded by a Renaissance wall with wide, tree-lined boulevards for walking, jogging, roller blading and biking. Close to markets, pharmacies, sightseeing and shopping as well as wonderful restaurants and bars for every budget. All of Tuscany is a day trip away.

Really ideal property, right in the heart of Lucca. Paolo was very helpful and very friendly. The photos of the flat are accurate and it was very well equipped. Do note, though, that it's up three flights of stairs if you have mobility issues.Recommended certainly and I'd be very happy to stay there again (indeed, I hope I will!)

This was the very BEST place I have ever rented. Paolo is amazing. Met with us when we arrived. Showed us all the things we needed to know in the apartment and showed us things around the perimeter of the apartment. He has thought of everything. Apt is extremely well equipped. Thank you again for a great stay. Highly recommend this place AND it is right in the center of Lucca.

Paolo goes above and beyond as a VrBO host!He’s always available for communication, and he really cares about your experience!!The apartment is perfect for us as a couple. Location could not be better. Paolo has added some very user friendly features, including screens on all the windows, hooks in all areas…for clothing, backpacks, towels, etc, and a bright make up mirror over bathroom sink!We stayed in this same apartment 13 years ago for a month, and now for a week!There are 50 stairs to get to it, but that way you can eat more! There is no outdoor space, but we were outside much of the time! We cannot recommend this place enough!Hope we can come back to Lucca and stay in Paolo’s apartment!!

Paulo is wonderful, apartment is sweet

Paolo gave me a tour of the immediate neighborhood when I arrived, including the nearest grocery. He made sure that everything was settled before leaving me. He checked in with me during the course of my stay, and was very helpful and personable. The apartment could not be more centrally located. It had everything I needed for my 10 day stay, a small, efficient modern apartment on the fourth floor of a typical old Lucchese edificio. Thank you Paolo!

Paolos Appartment ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und gemütlich. Ich war hier 2 Monate im Juli und August. Sehr angenehm war die Klimaanlage in der heißen Jahreszeit. Mir gefiel die zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt. Der Gastgeber Paolo kümmert sich sehr schnell und sehr freundlich um alle Anliegen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Mooi appartement midden in oude centrum

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door eigenaar Paolo. Erg net en fijn appartement met airco. Midden in het oude centrum, ideaal voor een City Trip. Op 15 minuten lopen van het treinstation.
