Welcome to Apollo Bay People N Paws.

Apollo Bay People n Paws is a comfortable, newly renovated, 3-bedroom beach house situated in beautiful Apollo Bay, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the Great Ocean Road walking track. It is a 15 minute walk to the shops and to all the great cafes. The house sleeps up to 6 people. There are three levels to the house which means two sets of stairs (5-6 steps for each level).

There is a new en suite (shower and toilet) attached to the downstairs bedroom, as well as the main bathroom and separate toilet for the other two bedrooms on the second level. There is an outdoor table on an upstairs deck with an electric BBQ.

We warmly welcome your 4-legged companions. There are three dog beds and a doggie door for your pets' convenience. Both the back and front yard are securely fenced. The floors are newly laminated throughout, with tiles on the bathroom floors.

The new kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and an electric oven and cooktop.

We offer free Wi-Fi, NBN with Netflix, all new appliances and new comfy beds (2 queen and 2 single beds).

The laundry has a new washing machine and dryer.

Downstairs, there is a pool table and a toy box with puzzles, toys and games for children and adults, as well as a well-stocked collection of books, DVDs and magazines upstairs. There is a desk and standard lamp on the landing for anyone who wishes to do a jigsaw or use a computer away from the main living area.

Heating and cooling is achieved by a large reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. There is an additional heater downstairs in the pool room. There are electric blankets for the queen sized beds for cooler weather.

Please note: the wood fire heater upstairs is not currently usable.

Power point in the garage can be used to charge an EV (please note this is just a standard power point).

We have a strict Non Smoking policy for our family beach house.

Winter weekend

The property was just as advertised. It was a perfect place for a week with family. We will definitely be back. The backyard kept the dog busy for hours.

Fun times, perfect stay

Had so much fun with my husband celebrating my dogs first birthday. So much beach time and restaurants and beautiful nature walks near by. Pool room was elite as well.

Nice and easy experience renting this place. Very close to the beach and a short 10min walk to the shops. Dog friendly which helped a lot

Lovely home

Had a great time, house is big with large back and front yard for the dog. House had a nice cabbin feel. Loved thr boardgames too! The place could use a refresh but very liveable and cosy. Thank you!

A Great Time

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house. It was very secure for our elderly dog. An excellent "pet friendly" property. Access to the beach and town was excellent. The facilities provided were fine. Our stay was capped off with a koala visiting the backyard on the Monday late afternoon, pre-dinner.

Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. I had a problem getting into the property, I had to call the agents and get someone to come around. The key kept sticking badly, I was given the agents key which worked better. We also was looking forward to having a barbecue for dinner that night but when I looked, it was filthy dirty, so we didnt use it. we never used it.

Just a 15 min walk into town, great comfy beds and pillows, lovely kitchen/dining/living area. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at People N Paws. It is a great house with the added bonus of being able to have the dog inside. It was clean and well presented but the bin was not emptied properly so we had a clean up upon arrival. The house worked well and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Having said that, it was a bit humid and I would have liked to have ceiling fans on but they don't have any. They do have air conditioning but my preference is fans. If these were installed in lounge and bedrooms, they would have received 5 stars. Would stay again (in cooler weather) and can recommend.
