This is a lovely, 3-floor (3-bedroom & 2-bathroom) luxurious living space that comfortably houses up to 8 people. The home sits on 5 private Acres with a 3 gorgeous balcony views. The home has smoking fast fiber optic WiFi, BBQ grill, 2-Person Jacuzzi (in the upstairs master bathroom), an outdoor and indoor fire-pit. Breckenridge is a beautiful 22 mile drive down Hwy 9. Everything you need for a mountain get-away is provided!

IMPORTANT UPDATE (9/4/2020): Our area has been upgraded to FiberStream internet. FiberStream is the best option for internet access. It’s like having a dedicated roadway between your house and your service providers network. It supports much higher speeds, it doesn’t suffer from distance limitations, and it’s not directly shared with others in your neighborhood. The private network makes fiber optic internet more secure, reliable and fast.

Great Spot, Great House!

We stayed for 5 weeks this summer and "worked from elsewhere". The house is fantastic, internet was better than our home. Fairplay is an ideal location to get to all sorts of locations. We've been to this home twice now, loved it!

Adventure in the mountains

Real Colorado mountain experience! We saw bears and elk, enjoyed white capped mountain views from the wrap around decks, and enjoyed day trips sightseeing in surrounding areas.

Nice Cabin

Amazing stay! The owner would reply within minutes! We had a problem with the boiler, so we contacted the owner and he sent someone to fix it. However, it wasn’t fixed so we didn’t have any hot water or the heater on for a week. We didn’t want to bother the owner again, so it was on us for not contacting him again. Other than that, the cabin was perfect!

The place is secluded on the large property of 5 acres.

Lots of parking available (Large driveway). A simple 5 minute drive into downtown Fairplay.

Please note: The basement is not a finished product.

Kitchen: We have ALL of the basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc for your cooking needs. We have a crock pot, coffee pot (please bring, and a toaster for your use as well. Clean towels/sheets/pillows are provided. Feel free to use the washer/dryer. Recommend bringing shampoo/soap as well as coffee/food for your stay.
