This gorgeous, super clean, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is located on one of Florida's best undiscovered beaches. Watch the sun rise on one side and set on the other. It offers guests spectacular views of Santa Rosa Sound, a community swimming pool and hot tub in a private gated community, deeded/private beach access to Santa Rosa Sound Beach, and a short walk to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Water views in every direction!

This house is conveniently located for any water you want!!! It is a ONE MINUTE walk to the swimming pool and hot tub that is inside the gated community. You only need to walk a short 2 MINUTES to the Santa Rosa Sound Beach that you can view from the back deck of the house. And you can be at the Gulf Beach (which you can also view from the back deck) in a short 7-MINUTE walk!!! (By the way - Parents and small children like the Santa Rosa Sound Beach because it is more secluded with gentle waves. Teenagers tend to prefer to walk to the Emerald Shores Beach on the Gulf Side to see more activity and be social).

Our gated-community is on the sound side and has lots of sandy beach and calm water. Plus, behind our house is open, undeveloped park land with sand and sea oats - perfect for kids to explore. Keep in mind that parking is limited to the driveway and garage only. No street or curbside parking is allowed.

For technology, we have Wi-Fi available, large flat-screen smart TVs, an Ultra High Definition 4K TV in the living room, and the Netflix app available on the Smart TVs. (Please remember to log off of your Netflix account before you leave). If you prefer music at the beach, we suggest that you bring a waterproof, sandproof bluetooth speaker for trips to the beach.

Family vacation

The beach house was perfect. Short walk to the sound. Plenty of beach equipment. Rented a 6 seat golf kart that was perfect also. Gated so kids could ride bikes without worrying. Perfect pool on the property. Hope to stay there again next year.

Navarre beach. A slice of heaven

We loved the townhouse. It was perfect in every way. The beach is fabulous and the sound peaceful. We were not aware that the grocery stores were not close but we managed. We enjoyed scooters for dinner.

The house was perfect for our family. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. That was very beneficial after a long day at the beach and all of us getting ready. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach of sound side. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Navarre Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and the house was immaculate. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach, Destin, and Pensacola from this location. This is a great place to stay!

Beautiful home near beach and sound... perfect location!

Our family loved our visit to Navarre Beach and this was the perfect house for us... everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the sound (which was so nice for swimming / paddle boarding / fishing). Kids loved the community pool and hot tub. Also, we cooked a lot and it was nice to have such a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable!

Great beach vacation

Great house at a nice location. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. We really liked the garage and all the beach stuff available to use like the paddle board and kayak. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but the owners got a repair guy to come out on a Saturday evening and get it fixed.

Great house with everything you could need for a fun filled vacation. House was very clean, the kitchen was great, beds were very comfy, and the location between the sound and the gulf was perfect. Beautiful Accomendations

AJ and Maggie's home is absolutely beautiful. There was enough room for our entire family, everybody had their own space. It's was such a blessing for the Bahou's to share their home with us. Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time and loved being in a quiet and inviting place. Navarre is a beautiful place to vacation and AJ and Maggie's home is the best place to stay.

GREAT house for our two families!

We had a fantastic stay here. The house was incredible for our two families with 6 kids between us. The house is spacious, well decorated, clean, and so comfortable. We all really enjoyed it. The owner is also super responsive when we had questions while we were there! I do recommend golf cart rental for trips to the ocean side and then you can walk to the sound side very easily. Highly recommend!

Great house!

6 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 toddlers: everyone pleased. House was well laid out and nicely equipped with fun paddle boards and a kayak. We can down right after a tropical storm and we’re grateful for the sound. While the Gulf side had two red flags up, due to riptides, we enjoyed the calm of the sound.

Very nice location. It is close to the bay where the young children felt safer in the water, small waves, and white sandy beach to play in. The ocean front is only a few minutes walk away, beautiful ocean views and white sandy beaches, the waves were very rough for little children but the sand was great to play in. The house was very nice and well stocked. There is everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of room for your groceries. The bathrooms are very nice, there were only two towels, a couple of hand towels and washcloths in each bathroom. Bring towels or plan to wash a load every day in the large laundry room. The bedding was sufficient and the beds were comfortable. The living space was a little tight for eight adults with only two couches, but we made due with the eight dining table chairs. The garage was fully stocked with a charcoal grill, bicycles, beach wagons and sand toys for all ages. Outdoor parking in the driveway for three cars. Over all this a a great house to stay in and it made for a great family vacation.

Love this rental!

We loved this home! Great location! The home is spacious, clean and well kept. We had 10 people in our group. We did figure out it is best to rent a golf cart for easy transportation to and from the beach especially if you have children and lots of items to take back and forth. The older kids loved riding the bikes and several of the adults walked. We spent most of our time at the beach but did also enjoy the pool. This home is in a quite neighborhood. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!

We just left this home last week, and I am ready to go back now. It was a beautiful house and a great location. We really appreciated the special care the owners have taken to make sure you have everything you need, even high chairs and pack-n-plays. It really has the best of both worlds with the sound and ocean so close. We did rent a golf cart to go to the beach, which was very handy. However, it is a very nice walk as well. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially with children. Also, the residents of the whole gated community were so friendly! This was a great experience, and I appreciate how the Bahou family has tried to make their home as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Quiet, beautiful, easy

This property is located adjacent to a national seashore. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. We made the switch from 30-A hoping to avoid the traffic and crowds, and we all voted for Navarre Beach. Navarre doesn't have some of the 30-A amenities, but it's definitely closer to nature, quieter, and we felt more relaxing. Crystal clear water, close to grocery store, room outside for the kids to play. Owners were very responsive when we requested a small appliance ahead of time. Also, this house provided a kayak, paddle boards, and lots of water toys.

Best Family Vacation!

We love visiting Navarre Beach. This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. great amenities. Very Clean. Beautiful views. We used bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, Buggy boards, shovels and buckets all in the garage. Plenty of space, Comfortable beds. Kitchen was awesome. Pool and hot tube in a gated community on the sound side but walking or biking distance from a public beach entrance. Can we just move in? We loved it and would totally stay here again. Host was great also. Quick to respond.. Thank you for use of your beautiful home.

Plenty of Room for All

We had two families with teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom so everyone can get ready quickly. The air conditioner works better than almost anywhere we have ever stayed. Even the upper level stays cool and refreshing. The rental process was smooth and simple. Maggie answered all my communication quickly. The house is just as described in the listing. The view of the sound and surrounding homes is beautiful. We highly recommend renting a golf cart as you have your pick of public beach accesses.

Our home is situated in a close-knit neighborhood full of both locals and guests. The house has new appliances and the latest features to ensure a relaxing, stress-free stay. You will see a beautiful sunrise from the back porch, can lounge at the pool for the day, swim in the gentle Santa Rosa Sound for the afternoon, and take long walks on the oceanfront for the evening!

What makes this property unique

This home is in a GATED community and has ample space for families who vacation together or for adults who like to travel to the beach! Very large master suite with soaking tub. Large desk if you MUST do some work. Open floor plan on the first floor to ensure social time with your crew! Individual quarters upstairs so that you can have quiet time, too.
