What a great location! Minutes to Church St and such an easy walk, even with kids. This house was perfect for my parents, husband and I, and two kids, who didn’t mind sharing the smaller room downstairs! Two bathrooms were clutch. While the property is a little older it still had everything we needed and little luxuries as well. It can get a little noisy outside so bring sound machines. My favorite spot was the cozy little window seat in the kitchen - perfect for a little reading time. We were very comfortable in this house and would stay here again!

Just a lovely historic home near the colleges in the area; close to Church Street and the lake. Property manager was kind, easy to work with and had quick turn around on questions. The beds were all comfortable and there were lots of nice thoughtful touches throughout to make everything easier and really welcoming. We had a great stay!

North union street house

This is easily the nicest and cleanest rental on Vrbo that we’ve ever stayed in. Great location and it was stocked with everything you could ever need. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was immaculate and so well equipped with everything, lots of comfortable areas to socialize, with amazing kitchen and renovated bathrooms - this is a beautifully decorated interior. The location is so close to church street and the campus and a parking spot is the cherry on top! Awesome place and super responsive management!

I absolutely love this house. I have now stayed in it twice. The last time was for my son’s graduation from UVM. Everything about it is perfect. It truly feels like a home away from home. Something about it is really comforting and just perfect feeling when you’re inside. All the spaces are thoughtfully taken care of. The house is well stocked with everything you could ask for and the location couldn’t be better. Only a five minute walk to church street or ten mi utes to the campus. I will stay there anytime I’m in Burlington. Absolutely my first choice!!!!!!!

Great Spot Walking Distance to Everything

This house was perfect for our group of 5. The home is very nicely done with plenty of space and is comfortable and clean. The property is just a few blocks from church street which is so perfect. Strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Burlington!

We are so grateful for the management and owners of this VRBO. We were delayed due to weather and FAA shutdowns but the accommodated us. Then we needed to extend our stay and they worked with us. There were even a few thoughtful extras that saved our day!!

We couldnt of asked for a better location 5 min walk to church st. Place was very clean, all beds comfortable, great kitchen and sitting areas to catch up w college friends. Host did the little extras to make your experience very welcoming... five star... ty
