Walk to the beautiful waterfront or Church Street Marketplace in minutes and enjoy everything Burlington has to offer, including boutiques, locally owned restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, breweries, museums, galleries and walking/biking trails. Blocks from University of Vermont, Champlain College, UVM Medical Center, you can’t beat the location!

The home has been extensively renovated over the years and offers a large fully equipped open concept kitchen with granite counter tops, an island and dining room area. The large living and parlor rooms are adjacent and perfect for gathering with friends. The main floor has a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub & shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor offers a full bathroom and two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed and window seat.

The exterior offers two tandem parking spaces, two side porches and a wonderful courtyard.
