Beautiful first floor 3 bedroom / 2 bath Golf Villa condo in Greenlinks at the Lely Resort area. Amenities include golf privileges May through October at the Lely Mustang Island and Lely Flamingo Island golf courses, tennis, swimming. Minimum rental period is 7 days from May 1 through December 31. Minimum rental period from Jan 1 through April 30 is for full calendar month periods only.

Rentals rates are for a maximum of 6 people. Two additional guests under 12 years of age may be allowed, with a $50 per child per night additional charge. Maximum number of people allowed to rent condo is 8 total people - 6 people plus 2 children under age 12.

In addition to weekly or monthly rental fees, guests will be charged a $500 security deposit, a $120 cleaning fee and also a 11% Tourism Tax (5% Collier County Tourism tax plus a 7% State of Florida Tourist Tax).
