Lake Lifestyle is fully renovated and provides air-conditioning. It is walking distant or a short bike ride down to the beach.

On your way to the beach Burrill Lake is surrounded by a beautiful serene inlet that has shady trees, a park and a play area for the kids. You can enjoy paddle boarding, fishing right out the front or head down to the beach for a surf, or simply enjoy lazing around.

- 5 minute walk to the local IGA, newsagency and coffee shops.

- The boat ramp is just one street away for boating enthusiasts.

- The house has a view from every room.

- Upstairs has a magnificant view overlooking the lake, with open plan living space, which steps out onto a balcony.

- The front bedroom has a queen size bed with a view of the lake and the master has a queen bed with ensuite.

- There is a separate TV room with a comfy lounge.

- Downstairs just off the laundry entrance is a separate retreat with its own access, set up with a king bed, sofabed and TV.

- You can enjoy the outdoors, BBQ downstairs and a grassed back area to play or relax .

- We are only 5-10 mins from town and we know you will enjoy your getaway on the south coast.

You just need to pack your bags and we will make every effort to ensure you have will have a great experience.

Great stay over New Year break

Lovely property to comfortably accommodate our family with adult children. Tastefully furnished and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed spending afternoons on the balcony and a couple of barbecue dinners at the lovely outdoor setting downstairs. There are nice walks around the lake and a safe swmming beach within walking/short drive distance.

Great location, with lovely views. House set up was great for my family and what we needed.Had some issues with check-in and extra charges applied that were not warranted, which unfortunately put a negative spin on the holiday, especially for the first day of our stay. However, Once identified, the owner swiftly rectified.

A great family holiday

We spent Christmas at the house with extended family spanning 3 generations. The priory was incredibly well suited to a group, with space and beautiful styling. We were all really impressed with the level of comfort, personal space and being equipped for shared meals. We were able to walk everywhere which was a great treat.

Lovely outlook to the lake, easy walk to the estuary, close to Ulladulla and Mollymook with lots to do in the area. The house is clean and comfortable. Hope to come again.

A beautiful home to relax in.

We had a very.relaxing few days and loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. The house had everything you need and Susie left lots of extra personal touches. It was very clean and were even allowed to take our dog when our plans changed. Very accommodating.

Wonderful for a weekend away or longer the kids loved it . Amazing accommodation and great area

Holiday house is exactly like it looks in the pictures and was a wonderful stay on the lake. The place is equipped with everything you need with lots of extra. Our teenage son loved the retreat down stairs. The host was very quick to answer questions and generous letting us have our small dog with us. Would highly recommend. Very clean could not fault anything
