Kings Point Lake House - Lakeside Family Holiday

Kings Point Lake House is a large waterfront property with uninterrupted access to the waters edge. Sleeps 10 this is your lake side paradise for the whole family. A few steps from the back door you are able to swim, fish, paddle or ski. You can moore your boat at the rear of the property. A decked out downstairs games room with pool table, juke box ,TV, kids activity corner will keep everybody entertained. Sit by the outdoor BBQ.

With high ceilings and highlighted windows, featuring a stained glass image of our iconic pigeon house mountain creates a sense of space and light as you enter the property.
The dining area which leads into an open laid back living room with a wood fireplace, TV and DVD player overlooking the lake.
Our wood fireplace expands through to the kitchen and Lounge rooms.
Pet friendly on request

Only a few steps to the lake from the back of the property, Kings Point Lake House is perfect for friends and families that enjoy any water sports.
Complete access from the rear of the property to the water, even being able to water ski straight from the bank.

The Kings point Ski club has a wonderful ramp to launch any boat just around the corner (there is a launching fee).

Sleeping up to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes:
Main Room - Queen bed and day bed which walks out into your own secluded courtyard.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 -2 x Single bunk beds
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed (downstairs)
ALL LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED

Porta cot and high chair also available (no extra cost)
Fire place in main area , we supply only a rack next to fire place.

We also have 2 picnic tables by the edge of the lake for you to utilise.

There are Paddle boards, a 2 man canoe , 5 kayaks available for hire.

Fabulous for a family holiday

This property was perfect for our family covering three generations and two dogs. Relaxing outlook from the balcony, great garden leading down to the lake, several separate spaces for the family to be together or to take a quiet break. Lots of fun with the kayaks, paddle boards and canoe.

We had a lovely stay here on the lake! Stunning views, the children were kayaking and playing pool every day. Our dog loved every minute of it too! Location was great proximity to Ulladulla. House was well appointed.

The property is without a doubt the best I have stayed in. The facilities were second to none, the location was perfect and it is the best equipped accommodation I have stayed in from the games room with pool table and juke box to the best equipped kitchen I have seen in accommodation. Will definately be back.

A little Lake House Lux

Great house, plenty of space for everyone. Sitting by the fire looking out onto the lake was so relaxing. The kids loved the downstairs room. Just one concern with the stairs and toddlers. Maybe a safety barrier would be great to have in storage for these occasions. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

A week in paradise

From the moment we entered Renee’s house we were blown away by how spacious it was. The views from the balcony and the house were beautiful. Listening to kookaburras was exceptional. We hired the kayaks for the week. Some mornings the lake was like glass. We haven’t been together as a family for a very long time. We have made some incredible memories. Renee was extremely communicative and checkin was easy. A big thanks to you.

Absolutely breathtaking!

Absolutely breathtaking! The lake house was tranquility itself, offering the perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the stunning beauty of the surroundings and even found myself looking up local real estate—it was that beautiful. Our host was exceptional and made the experience extra special, even going out of their way to wish me a happy birthday with a handmade message on a glass, which I definitely made good use of. Such a thoughtful touch! The highlight had to be kayaking around the serene lake, with crystal-clear waters and a peaceful atmosphere. The birdlife was extraordinary. At one point, we hand-fed a magnificent King parrot while sitting quite literally in the treetops. It was a surreal, magical moment that I’ll never forget. I will 100% be coming back—this place is an absolute gem!

A stunning setting for a family Christmas

10 members of our extended family stayed here for Christmas 2020 and we had a wonderful time. There was lots of space inside but we spent most of it outside, relaxing on the grass and getting active on the lake - literally at our front door - as the mood required. It was a perfect place for doing nothing, or being active. The kitchen is well equipped - we managed to cook our Christmas dinner without any worries. Two fridges meant the needs of two adult families were well met. Renee, the host was super accommodating - she helped us to adapt the property so that our dog could be left safely in the courtyard when unsupervised. Communication with her was excellent, especially during the times of uncertainty brought about by COVID throughout the year. We are from Victoria and sadly we had to cut our trip short by a couple of days to make sure we got back across the border in time to avoid quarantine. That was a shame - we would have loved more time! I highly recommend this place - as relaxing spots on the NSW south coast go, there aren’t many better!

Gorgeous lake getaway

A wonderful, tranquil lakeside house. Beautifully decorated throughout, clean and plenty of room for my adult family of 6. Conveniently located to all the south coast highlights. We spent the hot days in the shaded garden on the lake and spent the cold nights by the fireplace. Thank you Renee for a lovely 4 nights.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the property the moment i entered the front doors, the high ceilings and stained mural of our iconic pigeon house mountain & the large spaces gives us lots of room. Being able to sit on the back deck with a cup of tea and a book spending hours looking out over the gorgeous lake, leaves you feeling relaxed and tranquil. The indoor fire place heating the house in winter is amazing so cosy. With full lake access to enjoy all water sports, we spend a lot of time on the lake paddle boarding or in the boat skiing or fishing.

What makes this property unique

Water front property, allowing you to fish, swim and water ski right from the bank. Enjoy a fire by the lake watching the sunset is pretty amazing. The inside fire place in winter is very comfortable to sit back & enjoy. Fantastic views from the veranda, large open spaces for family's & feels like home to all who stay. We have outdoor games & we also hire our paddle boards, canoe or kayaks for a fun time on the lake
