The location is beautiful, perfect breakaway for two families or large group. Our teenagers enjoyed the activities and extra living space. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay, it was located on the beautiful, peaceful Lake Burrill. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. My son had great fun playing pool and ping pong. We also enjoyed going out on the kayaks and fishing (he caught 5 fish). Highly recommend this house, we'll definitely be back.

This is our second time staying here & we’ll be back again next year! Emma has created a beautifully easy home to look after as your own. The spaces are comfortable for large families, the house is well stocked, and the direct access to the lake can’t be beaten. We love it here.

Beautiful lake front property

Really enjoyed our stay here, kids loved the games room and all the birds. The house is dated in some areas and not as clean as it could be but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Another wonderful stay

Great home away from home. Emma is a very obliging host. Close to beaches, Lagom Bakery and the best fish and chip shop ever! What more could you ask for?

Amazing family holiday location

I found this property online and it was exactly as the photo show...and even better. It was the perfect house for our family holiday as it catered for everybody of all ages. The kitchen was impeccable and the views breathtaking. We were constantly amazed with the facilities, including games, bikes, boats, scooters etc. We will be returning as our annual family holiday destination!

Great property, location and host

The house is in a fantastic location for those that love to fish, or other water activities. We had the use of three kayaks, which was wonderful. Great games room and plenty of space all round. The block is hugh so lots of space for the doggos and kids to run and play. Host was very flexible with check in and check out times. We will certainly be going back to stay here Host will have us!

Beautiful

House was exactly what we wanted, great spot with shops nearby, big backyard with a great view of the lake. Amenities were great and the pool & ping pong tables were so much fun, house was very spacious and multiple living areas made it easy for us to have space, loved this property and homeowner was very lovely to communicate and honest.

So sorry to hear this and apologies! The downside of the comings and goings of summer holiday makers. This will be addressed immediately! The house is a 1970’s coastal holiday house, however the bathrooms and kitchen are all recently updated.

A gem

Excellent house for a group such as ours - 3 couples and a single all over 70. We stayed 4 nights which was just right for a get together which we hold once a year. The photos did not do it justice. We used the second lounge room as a fourth bedroom. It wasnt needed as a lounge area as the main area and kitchen were so good.

Honestly, paradise!

I cannot fault this beautiful home, and as we left today, I was looking forward to our next stay. It feels like you are stepping into your own home - warm and welcoming, functional layout and so well equipped - everything we needed was there, from pantry items to play dough for our little one! The location was perfect for my partner and I to launch our skis and SUPs from the backyard, and our son discovered fishing, which kept him entertained for hours. Communication with Emma was excellent, and we had the best holiday we've had in years, with our extended family who came to stay with us. Thank you so much, we'll be back!
