Come and enjoy your vacation in this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with New pool and patio, well equipped Kitchen, Outdoor BBQ. separate master suite with walk in closet and walk in shower, New window treatments (2021) new sofa (2021) vaulted ceilings, Super clean well cared for executive home in the golf course neighborhood, , Linens and towels replaced every year! ROKU TV, Easy boat parking. This home has King size beds in two of the bedrooms, and a queen bed in the third bedroom Beds are all new and TV's in each bedroom.New Sofa in living room, Large easy access parking area for your boat and vehicles and street parking too. The waterfall pool has a built in swim up bar. The patio features a built in BBQ with large patio covered area and outdoor furniture. WIFI and Cable TV is included. This home is located minutes from the Lake, several golf courses, restaurants, theaters, grocery stores and London Bridge. (Please note that for Holidays and Special Events the rental rates are higher.) New AC, no neighbors in back and on one side... very private.Pool is heated (for additional charge $75 for a weekend, $150 per week or $300 per month) Pool umbrella (shown) is in garage. This needs to be taken care of, we have bought (6 ), do not leave in the up position, the wind will break it. ( $60 charge for broken umbrella) Well behaved Dogs will be considered and potential renters agree to inspection before release of damage deposit. Pool cleaning happens on Mondays and Thursdays

Perfect house!

This is a perfect house, very clean, plenty of room. The closet in the master alone is like another room. My two frenchies loved it. Have nothing negative to say. Kathie was wonderful to deal with. I will be staying again in the future, and absolutely look forward too.

Decent property. Enjoyed the pool. Wish there was a way to turn of the waterfall though for some quite time. Basically clean but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Beds were hard. Kitchen was well stocked. Thermostat is locked up. Main RD can be pretty noisy in the morning.

This home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of parking for our truck and 28 foot boat beside the house. The kitchen is outfitted very well and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Very convenient to the Havasu Riviera Marina. One thing to note, the guest does not have access to the air conditioning thermostat. So may want to arrange the temp you would like the home set to ahead of time with the property manager.
