Pointe Santo D45, Top-Floor with Beautiful Gulf Views from Lanai & Sundeck
**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Pointe Santo has been welcoming guests since March 2025, however, please expect repair and recovery efforts to still be happening on the property during your stay. **Beginning mid-October, a concrete column restoration project will be conducted beneath the buildings. Substantial completion is EXPECTED within 90 days of project commencement. Work activities will be from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Given the nature of the infrastructure, noise may reverberate throughout each structure, particularly from the ground floor upward. During repairs equipment and logistical supplies will be stored on property.** Rebuilding of the Clubhouse will begin soon with an expected completion date in mid-2026. The pickleball/tennis courts, pool and hot tub are open and elevators are working (but cannot be guaranteed). All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery
Located on the West End of Sanibel Island, this tropical beachfront condominium complex is perfect for romance and relaxation or a fun family vacation. Pointe Santo D45 is a newly decorated, top-floor unit featuring a private rooftop sundeck. With amazing panoramic Gulf views you can relax with a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail while enjoying the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
Enjoy preparing meals in the large, open, newly updated kitchen, featuring new cabinets with granite counters and new stainless-steel appliances. The owner provides a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. With all new sofas and chairs, elegant yet comfortable, as well as new mattresses for a fabulous night's sleep, you cannot go wrong with this lovely unit. The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The guest room has a queen and twin-size bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests, and is just a few steps away from the updated guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The owner provides smart TVs in each room, and an in unit washer/dryer. You will also find beach chairs and an umbrella located on the private lanai for your convenience.
From your 4th floor screened lanai, you can enjoy gulf breezes and views overlooking the tropical lagoon (still under repair), heated pool, and hot tub. Enjoy a casual picnic using the gas BBQ grills around the lagoon, strike up a match on one of the 2 dedicated pickleball courts or the tennis court, or try your luck at a game of shuffleboard (currently not open). Relax on the numerous lounge chairs around the pool or at the beach.
Pointe Santo de Sanibel has 141 units situated in a U-Shape looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. All buildings have an elevator (the elevators have been repaired post Ian; however, we cannot guarantee they will always be working). Currently there is an "open parking policy" (spots are not assigned).
Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
