It's all about the Amenities and Activities! So many fun things to do just outside your door. Walk to the Village Activity Center (VAC) with Indoor /Outdoor Pools and Hot tub. Walk to Golf at Maples Clubhouse across the street. Play Tennis, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, enjoy the fitness facility, or ride your bike to the Sunset Beach Park and enjoy the ICW views, a concert or event (1 mi away). And FREE private beach parking near the pier!

Overview:

Enjoy this beautiful third floor condo with spectacular golf course and creek views located in the River Creek neighborhood of Sea Trail. This large two bedroom villa is over 1250 sq. ft. and features two queen beds and two double beds, each bedroom has a flat screen TV and spacious bathroom attached. Free Access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and YouTube TV. And no extra admin or linens fees (as travelers, we dislike those too!)

Sea Trail Resort:

Sea Trail is a spacious community that encompasses Three Championship Golf Courses which makes for an open and beautifully manicured, park-like setting everywhere you turn. Sea Trail is also located near shopping and restaurants, the ICW and just about 1.5 mi from Sunset Beach. And a bonus FREE private parking lot near the Sunset pier is also included for resort members and rental guests!

Community Pools:

Maples Pool - just .25 mi from the villa (5 min walk), the large outdoor Maples Pool has a hot tub, corn hole, plenty of seating with lounge chairs, shaded areas, and restrooms. Free with VRBO rental.

Pink Palace Pool and Fitness Complex - located about .50 mi from the villa (2 min ride), this outdoor pool is also home to lots of activities. The fitness center has exercise classes, is very well equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines and weights. You'll also find, a bocce ball court, corn hole, horse shoe pits, and outdoor gas grills available. Free with VRBO rental.

Village Activity Center - just across the street and about 150 yards away, there are plenty of things to keep you busy at the VAC, including an Outdoor pool, hot tub and a heated Indoor pool for year-round swimming! You'll also find a game room with pool table and ping pong, and is home to Houses Place, a full service restaurant and pool side Tiki Bar! ~Restaurant / Tiki Bar free access. Nominal fee for pools/game room.

*Additional rates for VAC pools/ game room (family $25/day, $70/week). We REIMBURSE 50% for up to three days or weekly rate!

Great place and great host!

Stayed here for the second time visiting my sister in Sea Trail. Very nice place and Tony is always great with communication. Loved that the place is well stocked with supplies. Highly recommend this place!

Sunset Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The area is beautiful. We love Sunset beach. The rental was comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed for eating many meals in.

Sunset Paradise

Yearly beach trip

Very well cleaned when we first arrived! Tony himself checked up on us to make sure we was alright and if we needed anything and if we did he was very quick to respond! Definitely will choose this place again if I was to stay out at sunset beach! Highly recommended

Great stay

The condo was very well equipped and comfortable for our group. The parking at the beach was convenient. The Marple pool was a short walk to enjoy a swim. We enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Tony was very attentive to any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again

Nice Place and Helpful Homeowners!

We had a great week, and the homeowners were very helpful and quick to respond. The place was decorated nicely and well stocked with beach chairs, pool noodles, etc., available for our use, which was helpful as we flew and were limited on what we could pack. The homeowners checked in with us to see if we needed anything and offered helpful tips about beach parking, etc.

Loved every minute of it!

Great location, within minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, and at the same time green and quiet. Clean, beautiful, well equipped condo overlooking a golf course. Last, but not least - very hospitable and caring host. Thank you, Tony! I'll be looking forward to my next visit to Sunset Beach!

Excellent location and condo

The location of the condo to all amenities and ease of getting out of the Sea Trail and direct access to the road leading to the beach was great. The condo was laid out well for two families to have privacy and separate bathrooms. The enclosed deck with furniture was a favorite of us all. The great room with kitchen was great. Tony had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Tony was great to communicate with me to ensure we had everything we needed. This was an excellent and relaxing vacation. We will be staying here again!

Everything You Need

This property was the perfect location for a vacation in Sunset Beach - quick trip to the beach as well as easy access to golf! It is spacious and clean and also included two screened in outdoor porches with nice furniture on which to relax. In particular, the porches provided a quiet space to read and a way for the teenagers to spread out (which they need sometimes). Beautifully furnished as well. Everything you need!

Absolutely thrilled with our stay at Tony's condo - and we're already dreaming about a return visit! This remarkable abode was an absolute game-changer when it came to its prime location - virtually a stone's throw away from a myriad of attractions. With the beach a mere 10-minute jaunt away and a plethora of delectable dining options at our fingertips, every moment was an adventure waiting to unfold. Tony, our gracious host, proved to be an indispensable resource throughout our stay. Great! Thanksgiving get away.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this home in Sunset Beach over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We were concerned that the unit may not have everything we would need to pull off our traditional feast, but was surprising wrong. The unit was beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen with all of the appliances we needed, clean, and a great location to the beach. We have more than enough space to stretch out and truly enjoy our vacation. The children enjoyed the board games and cards that the unit provided while the adults could appreciate the mini in-law suit the unit offer. We plan to book this unit again during the peak season to really enjoy all that Sunset Beach has to offer.

Great location!

This location within Sea Trail was perfect for our first visit to Sunset Beach. It was only a 5 minute drive to the beach from here! Tony was very helpful with recommendations & his home was great for our stay. The condo was tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe & was nicely stocked with all the cookware needed to prepare meals. The furniture was very comfortable & the home was spacious with a nice relaxed feel to it. Great value for the price!

Absolutely beautiful!

My family stayed here for 10 days in July, and it truly was a little slice of heaven! Tony was so helpful throughout the entire process and I loved that he checked in throughout our stay to see that everything was going well. We really wanted for nothing! The beds are so comfy, the condo is really bright and clean (I'm desperately wanting to copy the decor but don't think it'll work here in Canada). Having everything there made the trip so much easier! Laundry facilities were amazing as we spent so much time on the beach. Oh and the BEACH!!!! The best beach we've been too! Tons of shells for collecting, and quiet from other touristy beaches. Plus if you're a fan of Nicholas Sparks, Sunset Beach and Kindred Spirit inspired his book Every Breath! A must visit for sure! The screened patio was such a bonus and my family spent many nights listening to the cicadas and frogs while playing games. I'll admit that I cried when we left and I cannot wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay and the homeowner,Tony was super responsive. The condo was very enjoyable and the kitchen had all the needed supplies. Awesome place and host!

This is one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at and we travel all the time! Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, tons of extra supplies and things for the beach/golf. Tony was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent this place again!
