This Condo is on the 6th floor of The Dickson building, so you have found the perfect place to stay for University of Arkansas sporting events, visiting campus, Dickson Street festivals or just enjoying walking to everything on Dickson Street. The interior of this condo has new contemporary finishes like granite and stainless. This has been the model unit for The Dickson until we purchased it. The living room is spacious with two sets of large double glass doors leading out to 200 square feet of 6th floor patio space. You will want to spend most of your time on the patio taking in the picturesque view of Old Main!!! Back inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen with center island complete with two stools. The bedroom has a King Tempur-Pedic bed and adjoining bathroom with large soaking tub/shower unit. The bathroom is also accessible from the living room. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit for laundry. There is a fold-down Murphy Bed with regular queen mattress (not a flimsy fold out couch mattress) in the living room giving you plenty of room to sleep up to 4 adults total in this condo. Enough about the condo! It is great, but you came to Fayetteville to be on Dickson Street. Just take the elevator down to the main floor and walk right out onto Dickson. The rental does come with a reserved covered parking spot in the attached garage, but you are going to leave your car there and walk to anything you need. You are steps away from many restaurants and bars, walton art center, UofA campus and all that Dickson Street has to offer. This is truly the place to stay in Fayetteville.
