We stayed for U of Ark orientation and the location could not have been more convenient. The place had a great layout for my daughter and I, was clean and even had a balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather. It was a short walk to some great restaurants, we could have walked to many of the places but had already rented a car to explore the area and the reserved parking spot made driving around a breeze. Would stay again and definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Perfect location and everything was very nice. I gave it only 4 stars because there is a skylight in the second bedroom with no way of shading it. So I woke up at 5:30 am to broad daylight and couldn’t go back to sleep. If you plan to wake up early this is not a problem and the property is excellent.

If your looking to be close to the University of Arkansas campus, and/or want to be close to great restaurants, bars and shops, you have found your place. The place is charming, clean and has plenty of elbow room for you and your family. Bonus is two parking spots but you are walking steps to campus and other great places around Dickson Street. Perfect location to stay for the weekend and catch a game or event on campus, great for graduation, great for move in and move out, as well. The host was fantastic and we will definitely look to book this location again.

We arrived at 5pm and never received check in instructions. It took about an hour of messaging the host and getting VRBO involved before we received the check in info. When we got into the property it had not been cleaned. The beds were undone and slept in. I took pictures, messaged the host and we put the sheets in the washing machine and left for dinner. While we were at dinner the host responded that he had sent a cleaner to the property to quickly clean the place but since we left our belongings there I requested he tell the cleaner to leave and we would handle it ourselvesThis was my first bad experience with a VRBO property

Ryan, I apologize again that this happened. My cleaner and I got our wires crossed on cleaning dates, and that is 100% on me. As you can tell from our excellent reviews, this is an outlier and I hope you can accept our apologies as mistakes unfortunately happen. If there is anything else I can do to make this right, please contact me and I will be glad to work with you. Regarding the check-in instructions, those come automated from our property management software and possibly got kicked to a spam folder (they come from our Ozark Adventure Retreats account).
