We love hosting families! We're located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a beautiful park a block away. Our kids' room will keep the little ones entertained with the chalkboard, books, and toys. And as a backup we have Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ on our 52" HD TV! Our modern design will appeal to everyone, and our hanging chair in the living room is always a crowd favorite.

We're new to HomeAway host but experienced with AirBnB with over 47 5-star reviews.

So close to everything we needed & wanted to do in Louisville.

Great place, great host. Easy keyless entry, clean beds & linens, and plenty of space both inside and out to sprawl. The kitchen had all the amenities of home including use of laundry. Would stay again if out this way with a group.

Great house in nice neighborhood

Owner was responsive and helpful from before our visit through the end of our time. House was great! Plenty of room for our family. Neighborhood is great, close to parks, schools & churches with lots of people walking dogs and with children. Great location if you’re at the Kentucky expo center for a competition for your child.

National Farm Machinery Show

It was a safe and quiet neighborhood only a short drive to the fair grounds without having to get onto the busy interstate. Clean home, comfortable beds. Airport is near, but the planes flying over didn't bother us too much. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed and more!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Louisville at your beautiful home. It was exactly as listed and more. Everything was clean and the house was so welcoming. Perfect location to everything and only 5 minutes from where we were playing volleyball. I would highly recommend staying at this property and we plan to stay here next year for volleyball.

Charming little house

The property is old and a little creaky, but everything is clean and in good repair. It was cold and we never had a problems with temperature and never ran out of hot water. It’s tucked back into a quiet corner of a residential neighborhood and we never had any issues. Quiet but close to everything. The host was excellent and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. Would stay again. Only complaint is that the AC unit in the back bedroom isn’t exactly quiet.

Louisville House

Our family of five stayed here over the kid’s spring break. The house is in the middle of a residential neighborhood that is close to a park that the kids had fun exploring. It is mere minutes to the zoo and an easy ride to downtown and Churchill Downs. The keyless entry worked flawlessly and Josh was very quick to respond to any questions.

Easy walk to the fairgrounds!

Josh’s place was perfect for my extended Louisville weekend! I was attending a festival at the expo center/fairgrounds for a few days and wanted a property that was within walking distance from the venue, and a house that had kitchen amenities/washer&dryer for my stay. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and I felt perfectly safe walking home late at night from the shows. Finding the place was easy and josh was quick to respond to my check-in questions! No major complaints, and would definitely stay here again :-)

I'm married to Amanda and we have two kids - a daughter named Caroline and a son named Wells.

On any given Saturday you can find us at the Louisville Zoo, hosting friends and eating good food, or taking walks in some of Louisville's historic parks.

I'm definitely a reader, I'm trying to get into fly fishing, and I'd choose bourbon over beer (or both).

Why they chose this property

The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park just a walk away. It's the perfect place to stay if you are traveling with a kid!

What makes this property unique

We tried really hard to make this a place both adults and kids would love. Our kids' room has a chalkboard, books, and games. We also have a great back yard to run around in. A big-screen TV with Disney+ will also keep the little ones occupied!
