Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Trash: place bagged trash in black trash bin in fenced backyard. - Recycling: place any recycling in blue topped bin in fenced backyard.
- Towels: place used towels on floor of bathroom. - Bed Sheets: place used bed sheets on floor of bedroom.
- Lock up: lock doors and close windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Hosting of Locals: We do not accept reservations from local residents. Reservations made by local residents may be subject to cancellation.
Security: Tampering or disabling any exterior cameras, including the front door camera is strictly prohibited.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs will result in $100 additional fee.
