Family vacation

Came down for a week for a family vacation and the house was perfect and the bunk beds was a hit with the kids. The property was really close to the beach which is a great perk.

Amazing Stay

Clean, Well Equipped, Updated, Close to the Beach, Comfortable Beds....The list could go on. We loved the outdoor space underneath the house. Perfect spot for a relaxing evening, lots of fun games and plenty of seating for eating/relaxing. The owners have obviously put a lot of love into outfitting this place for the perfect beach spot. We will be back!

Awesome !

Stay was great. Lots of amenities not listed. House had a crock pot and griddle which were great for easy meals. House also had a variety of beach chairs and an umbrella which was perfect. It is quite literally a three minute walk to the beach! Can’t go wrong.

Rooms and house was clean and smelled nice. The patio/under deck area was perfect for the rainy weather! The pool was heated to perfection. The only thing I would recommend is baby/child proofing the front door and back door. Front door only locks from the outside so anyone inside the house can open the door as there is no lock. The back door knob is loose and needs to be tightened. Our two year old was able to open both doors easily even when the back door was “locked”. That is my only recommendation as it is a safety hazard for children, especially with the pool in the backyard. Everything else was excellent!

Girls trip!

I booked this rental for a girls trip and it was perfect! Dana was always quick to respond there was a washer problem but Dana always kept me updated with the process and gave a heads up whenever the utility man was to come by. Dana has always been a pleasure booking with this is my second time booking this house and I doubt it won’t be last time. The property is close to the beach to walk and the neighborhood is quiet, we decided to rent a golf cart for the week which was very convenient for us to get around to dinner.

This place met all our needs. We were worried about 2 bathrooms but it worked great. The owners thought of everything. The space was well thought out. The kitchen was stocked. We will definitely book again. One thing to be cautious of…the pool bottom is super slippery. Hold on to the rail when stepping in the pool.

Great Location

All though our fishing trip was cancelled at the last minute by the charter we enjoyed our time in N. Myrtle Beach and at this house. Very clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house.

Beach house

The best house you can get to be as close as you can to the beach Perfect size for a party of 12 Everything was in working order A 2 min walk and your feet is on the sands of the beach Perfect for beach goers who want to spend all day at the beach because you can always walk back to the house if you forgot something or you have kids who needs the bathroom etc Also the outdoor spaces are a big plus if you want to enjoy the weather or hang your wet bathing suit

Great Location!

It was clean, great layout, and very close to the beach! Under the house was amazing as well with a grill, tables, patio furniture and games that made for a great evening when the kids were asleep. We had a couple hiccups that the owner took time out of their day to personally drive down and rectify the issue. Overall it was a great experience!
