Check-in to this Winter Park Resort area slope-side 2 bedroom, 3 bath for up to 9 people. This classic condo resides at the Iron Horse Resort.
The dining and kitchen area are adjacent to each other with granite counter-tops, dining table, tiled floors and newer appliances. Stackable washer dryer included. The large dining area can be used as work space, offering free in unit wireless internet. No air conditioning.
There is an accordion door to close off the living area for privacy to use the Queen Murphy bed. Two leather couches to lounge while TV viewing or enjoying the gas fireplace and patio views.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, access to private deck, TV and a bonus bathroom complete with jetted tub shower combo with a newer vanity.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, one has a double down, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom.
The 3rd bathroom is located in the hallway between both the bedrooms.
There is parking for one car in the open lot. Other vehicles can be parked for a fee in the resort lots or for free in the downtown Winter Park parking garage.
Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.
Pool is temporarily CLOSED. IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule. Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay. Please refer to our website for specifics on cleaning and safety in our vacation rentals. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
