Every aspect of 710 Ocean Boulevard will exceed any family's expectations of a perfect escape to the beach. The private pool overlooking the Atlantic is wonderful, featuring a Baja shelf, which is the entry point of the pool. The shallow shelf extends to the main (deeper) pool and is perfect for setting up a beach chair or for young children to sit in the water and play. If a long day of surfing has your muscles sore, a session in the hot tub adjacent to the private pool is a must. Your family will find access to the beach a breeze with a private boardwalk to the best stretch of beach north of Charleston. Finally, 710 Ocean Boulevard features dazzling oceanfront views from two spacious oceanfront decks, plus a rooftop deck that is the highest point of any home along Ocean Boulevard. From the rooftop deck, your family will enjoy the view of Isle Of Palms Fishing Pier, Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, the Cooper River Bridge, the cargo ships moving in and out of Charleston Harbor, and on a clear day, Morris Island Lighthouse. The great room is highlighted with the latest in electronics, professionally designed furnishings, and nearly floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading out to the oceanfront deck. The oceanfront deck has outdoor seating for your entire family at dinner, plus a complete outdoor living room and a giant flat-screen television. There is a master suite with a king bed on the first level. Highlights of the first-level master suite include a large private bath and a separate sitting/den area.
The second level features four bedrooms, including two oceanfront master suites. Each bedroom features a private bath and a new king bed. The master suites each have direct access to the oceanfront deck that features enormous sliding glass doors that go nearly from floor to ceiling.
The third level of the home features the sixth bedroom with commanding views of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Nearly the entire floor comprises the sixth bedroom, which has a king bed and private bath. With direct access to the huge oceanfront rooftop deck, it is regrettable that only one couple has the opportunity to enjoy this bedroom.

If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. Beautiful home perfectly situated right on the beach. Perfect for families - our kids bounced between the pool (which has a wonderful shallow area for smaller children) and the beach, which was just steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The house is beautiful and location perfect—close enough to walk to the center of things but not super busy in front of the property. There were a few issues that came up during the week—not the fault of the owners or managers, just stuff that happens. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with and the issues were resolved. We would love to come back.
Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully laid out. No detail overlooked — truly a gem. Perfect for multiple families vacationing together. My only regret is that we didn’t book longer — we look forward to returning again. Property manager friendly and responsive.
