The check in instructions were perfect, and the place was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the host responded immediately to communication. It's close to everything you need while still feeling secluded in a quiet neighborhood. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Home is nicely furnished, rooms are clean, pool is nice. There are other tenants that use the pool so don't be surprised. We would rent again.

Beautiful Place!

Sergey's place was very uniquely decorated and clean. The kitchen was just what we needed for our diet restrictions. It was perfect for our stay for our son's wedding. We would definitely stay again!

We love this unit. It was as nice as it was the first time we rented it. It is clean, well-equipped and spacious. We'll plan to stay here again on our next visit to Sacramento.

Home away from home

This place ended up being just perfect for our travel needs. Having a full kitchen was a huge advantage, being able to cook and not eat every meal out is a big deal to me and my family. It is a well taken care of property with all the amenities one could need while traveling. If we end up in this area again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved it!

Our stay was great! Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The pool was right out our door with our own patio. I liked the idea that the pool was for adults and that was nice for relaxing. There was a barbecue we used and it was just so nice to have everything we needed right there. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and cozy!

I stayed here with my adult daughter. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The patio, grill and pool area was lovely as well. It was private, quiet and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that was located close to many things, including downtown Sacramento. I would definitely stay here again! Also, the host and his contact person were both very kind.

Wonderful surprise

Really a nice experience. Communication was excellent, better than the pictures. We didn’t use the pool or Bbq area but it was really tempting.

Week Vacation Rental

This is the second time I have stayed here and I was just as happy. Ease of check-in and check-out. Communication with owner is easy. Easy access to anything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was Kleenex and the spout on the kitchen soap dispenser kept falling off. Otherwise perfectly happy. Thank you!
