Located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. No parties, drug use or smoking on the premises.

The house has a cozy living room with full size couch, recliner and Apple TV. Good size first bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom has double size bed (and couch/futon). French doors to backyard patio. One bathroom with tub and shower combo.

Gorgeous outdoor space in the front and private back yard. Charming decorative touches throughout the home.

There is a 2-car enclosed/covered garage (enter off alley behind home). Plenty of street parking as well (read signs!).

Two bikes and beach amenities!

30 minute drive to Disneyland!

No pets at any time.

Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Quiet hours 11p-7a.

There is no daily maid service. Guests may be required to use our housekeeper every two weeks. $140/visit.

Guests acknowledge there is no central air conditioning. There is a portable window air conditioning unit and fans.

Ring video doorbell on front door outside.

Guests are not allowed to have mail delivery.

31-night minimum stay requirement.
