Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
PURCHASES: Upon check out, Guests shall remove, donate or throw away any and all articles purchased while staying at the property.
All opened and perishable items in the refrigerator must be thrown away. Coffee, coffee pods, can goods may be left behind.
We also ask that the trash cans be placed by the alley every Tuesday by 10:00 am. for trash pick up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place! Easy walk to the beach and downtown. Beach equipment provided. Large dining room table for our whole family to sit at. Hosts were right next door and very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back next summer.

Spacious, Comfortable, and Exactly As Pictured. A Perfect Beach Stay!

We had a great stay! The rental was clean, exactly as pictured, and in a fantastic location. There was plenty of space in the communal areas with lots of comfortable seating, making it perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The owners were very communicative, and check-in and check-out were seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in an amazing location

The house was beautiful and perfect for our adults family trip! The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to the main restaurant/shop area and the pier. Checking in/out was a breeze and all communication with the owners beforehand was prompt and helpful!

It was a great beach house! We could walk to the beach and downtown! The only thing we were disappointed in was after buying groceries we found that the grill needed to be replaced so it took way longer to cook our dinners.

Excellent place.

The house is wonderful and in the heart of Huntington Beach. We stayed with 2 children and another family of 4 and found the house very spacious especially with the numerous bathrooms. The shops, bars and beach are all within 5 - 10 minutes walk. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing Getaway!

We absolutely loved staying here! We initially booked because we were supposed to attend a wedding. However, the wedding got cancelled last minute. Despite that, this warm and welcoming property proved to be an amazing getaway for my fiance and I. We enjoyed all the cool spots within walking distance of the house and loved just relaxing on the beach.

Great Location

Very clean and lots of room for large families. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. A bit deceiving from the outside, but very nice and neat on the inside.

A fun time was had in Huntington! We stay in this area often and this was one of the best rentals yet. The cleanest by far! This area sees a high number of people and the homes usually reflect that! But this house was so clean and well maintained! High quality bedding and towels! You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. Kitchen was well stocked we cooked more than we normally would. Having a bbq was an added bonus! We got to meet the owners and learn some fun history of the house. We will definitely save this house for future trips!

Great Place & Location

Jeff & Julie had been great hostages! The house has all what you need for an enjoyable holiday plus the kindness of both Jeff & Julie to assist as right away. A special note of gratitude to them, who were extremely emphatic with us when dealing with our following destination as we were heading to the Wildefire zone that affected LA so dramatically. Great place, great location and above all great hosters!! Strongly recommended. .

There was a change in number of guests allowed from 10 as advertised to 8 which I was never notified of until a month before date of arrival only because I asked about air mattress. We had a problem with last step down to floor which was hard to see n one person tripped n one person fell off the step n hurt her wrists knees. Not sure how this step can be highlighted as a warning. Everything else was good n we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great stay

The house and location were great! I would definitely stay here again. Had an issue with the trash bins and the neighbor which wasn't pleasant. He waited in our backyard until someone came home and surprised my kids as they came in through the back gate. I did not appreciate that at all. It was very creepy. I notified the property manager immediately. Blanca, was very responsive when we let her know the TV upstairs wasn't working, she immediately came over tried the TV for herself and brought over a new one that same day. She also brought us another fan a couple days later when I told her 3 of the 5 fans in the house were broken. Fans are a must in the rooms during those hot days. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice meal. I would love to stay here again for sure.

7th St. Beach getaway

It was clean and close to the beach. Only one suggestion, have 2 trash cans in the house. One for recyclables and one for trash. Very happy, parking was great and my family enjoyed themselves. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

Amazing House!

What a great stay and a fantastic house! Property manager was very responsive and nice. We had the house full with family and it was so close to everything. If renting and planning on enjoying the beach I would Recommend brining beach towels and chairs etc for the beach. We lucked out as another family member had a different rental with all these supplies. House was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Amazing Location

Stayed here with 10 family members. So close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! You could walk to everything. The owner and manager were extreme responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

The location will amaze you....One block to the beach and two blocks to the pier and all the shopping, dining and entertainment that Main street has to offer. This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has been remodeled with tile flooring throughout the entire ground floor and wood laminate floors upstairs. The living room has high ceilings, a fireplace and a high-def television. Sliding doors lead to a rear patio outfitted with a barbeque and table for dining. The master bedroom and bathroom is located on the ground floor. A slider leads out to a front patio where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine. Beach chairs are provided as well as a garage for two vehicles. We offer our home for year round availability.

What makes this property unique

Location! steps from the beach, downtown & the pier. We have just completed a 3 month interior renovation. We think you'll enjoy our brand new kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances and cabinets. The master is on the main floor and both full bathrooms have custom tile. For your pleasure we also have a bar area and outdoor patio dinning. Parking can be impossible during the summer - our house accommodates 2 cars. We also have an XBOX Game center set up in a dedicated area for playing games and watching TV.
