Two Weeks at Domaine St Hilaire

We had a superb time. The property was excellent. The owner and his staff couldn't do enough for us. Ina dealt with all the administration and delivered an excellent complimentary wine tasting. Sarah and Nick were very knowledgeable and very obliging. Sarah is an excellent cook and made a fuss of us on the evenings we didn't fancy cooking! Nick knew a lot about the history of the house and Patrick, the owner, let me view the grape harvesting process. We entertained our friends including a catered BBQ for 30 which everyone enjoyed. Superb all round.
