New Tiny house 33sm 1 bedroom open plan living with views of the lake

Warm and welcoming modern lakehouse, situated right on the reserve with gorgeous views of the golf course and Lake Maraeti. Located in a nice quiet cul de sac. Plenty of room outside for cars, tents and boat, and convenient storage shed for bikes, skis and firewood. Great decking with BBQ , perfect for entertaining. Inside, all the modern comforts, including single-level/open plan, heat pump/broadband/wifi connection, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Can comfortably sleep a family of 4 with a sofa bed. Easy walk to the main street and down to the lake. All around fantastic holiday home/location. A perfect place to relax or entertain. You will love it.
