This was a good place to stay for a reasonable price. It was small, but we weren’t planning to be there except at night, and the clean, cool room with comfy beds was what we needed. The drive into Charleston was long with the traffic, but we put up with that since we went into the city in the morning and stayed there all day, and lodging in the city was pricey. Our room and bathroom was a quiet and private part of a house that no one else used but us.

Came down for a weekend trip in Charleston, and had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Shawn was very accommodating and not intrusive in the slightest. The air conditioning was iffy at times since the standalone unit was frozen to 73-74 F but a very minor complaint. Easy access to Charleston (30 mins). Would recommend to solo travelers!

The room was small but clean and good for what I needed. The air conditioner was inconsistent and hard to keep at temperature needed. It is a beautiful area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and stocked for needs.

Home owner was friendly. The vrbo consisted of a very small room with 2 twin beds and a bathroom area. It was also quite a drive to downtown Charleston. So overall we got what we paid for it just wasn't a good fit for us. But could be a good fit for others.

I stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Charleston; it was a great decision! The host was friendly and communicated well. The location was also ideal as it was quiet yet there were many places to go nearby if you needed to buy food or other necessities. I would come here again whenever I visit Charleston for sure!
