Nice private loft apartment just 1/2 block from Liberty Park! Sits on a quiet Street, minutes from downtown Salt Lake City via bike, or car. 45 minute drive from Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude! Plenty of restaurants & Brew Pubs close by.

This Victorian house was built in 1907 and has lots of history & charm! The updated Loft apt is located upstairs & the private entrance is located around the back on the left.

Apartment includes full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave-oven, and coffeemaker. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes and glassware.

High Speed 1 Gig Google Fiber internet
With booster upstairs

It has a large private outdoor patio. Smoking outside on the patio is ok. No indoor smoking

Easy check in and very easy checkout! Super clean and great amenities for a small space. A/C was broken in living room so was over 80 degrees during the afternoon inside, but bedroom A/C was great! Overall worth the price.

Ac works fine. We have two 12000 Btu units upstairs plus fans. Guests didn't know how to work them properly.

This was a wonderful stay, simple, cozy, clean well-stocked in regard to the full serviced kitchen and the bathroom. They even supplied some toiletries. The shower was so cozy and gray water pressure with warm water. The only thing to be aware of is during the day it gets quite warm and at night the space ghost much colder. The deck was wonderful for my morning tea. There was also a wonderful massage chair. I recommend this stay. No issues.

Beautiful, quiet location within minutes from food, shopping, and entertainment. Downtown Salt lake was less than 15 minutes away. Our hosts made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, even offering to help carry our bags up the stairs to the loft.This was a cozy little hideaway nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the beautiful mountains of SLC, I would definitely go back on future trips!!!!

Charming stay!

My boyfriend and I were super pleased with our stay here! The place has so much character and charm. Being walking distance from a local coffee shop was an added bonus that worked out really well for us. Our stay was short but it was great!
