Beautiful villa in a wonderful part of France. The villa has everything you need and a great pool and pool area. Short walk to Le Pin shops and tennis court and short drive to several wonderful beaches and town of le lavandouXavier is a great host and very accommodating

Lovely property good location wonderful views. Well appointed kitchen all that you need coffee maker toaster oven outside bbq and great pool. Only downside need AC upstairs in the living area. Anita and gardener were great. Would rent again.

Magnificent place

We spend a week in this really superb villa. The service and check-in process was totally uncomplicated. The house is very good equipped and we don’t missed anything during our stay. The proberty and its view are just stunning! We try to come back next year.

We very much enjoyed staying at Laurent and Xavier's villa. It was well equipped, had a nice pool and terrace and nice views. There was, however, an unpleasant smell of sewage at the front of the house and I would recommend that this be investigated.

PERFECT LOCATION

Apart from the intermittent rain, that did not allow us to use the pool, the house is perfect, nice, well designed and furbished. The area is so nice that we had plainty enough to visit from Bormes and le Lavandou, to St Tropez, to the peninsula of Gien. Few days to remember forever.

We had adorable week. Nice (unexpected) welcome with great local ÂŽvin rosé’. It is calm place. Magnificent view from the terrace. Kitchen very well equipped. Swimming pool was really an added value. Furniture and decoration very stylish.it took us 2 days to cope with mosquitoes but that’s part of the area. Thank you!

Beautiful house but full of ants!

The interior seemed newley renovated, but there were ants in 3 of 5 bedrooms, bathroom and hallway. Of course we kept the house clean and left NO food food outside the fridge, but the landlord downplayed the problem and claimed that ants are a part of this villa’s nature. The maid Anita, was polite and understanding and offered us insect poison, but since we have a baby in the family we did not want that indoors. Outdoors there where 2 huge nests by the house and the pool. Since the villa was prepared with ant poison, the landlord knew about the problem and should have included this in the description of the house. In our case, travelling with children, we would have chosen another villa!

Tolle Einrichtung, blitzesauber, fantastischer Pool, eine KĂŒche, die alleine eine Reise wert ist. Boulangerie und kleiner supermarchĂ© in Laufweite, fĂŒr alles andere Auto nötig. Hatten viele Moskitos, konnten das aber mit Netzen aus dem carrefour einfach beheben. Meine Familie liegt mir schon in den Ohren, wann wir wieder hinfahren.

Schönes Haus mit super Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen super Ausblick aufs Meer. KĂŒche und Außengrill sind in einem top Zustand. Der Pool und die Außenanlge sind sehr gepflegt und mit allen notwendigen Außenmöbeln ausgestattet. BĂ€cker, Metzger und Supermarkt sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Villa les Agaves

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön: es gibt eine hervorragend eingerichtete super KĂŒche. Die gesamte Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend und sauber. Die Terrasse mit dem Meerblick war außergewöhntlich schön. Die Verwaltung wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes (Madame Charavehol) war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wenn es kleiner Probleme gab, wurde versucht dies sofort zu verĂ€ndern bzw. man kam uns positiv entgegen. Der Hausherr machte eine realistischen, soliden und positiven Eindruck (genau mit Vertrag, genauen Angaben....etc.). Der Pool war sehr schön und auch die defekte Abdeckung wurde möglichst schnell repariert. Es war alles zu unerser Zufriedenheit. Wir ĂŒberlegen nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder hinzufahren. Die Abwicklung mit fewo-direkt war ebenfalls problemlos

A welcome holiday after both health and Covid lock down

After making the decision to rent the property especially after a three year absence from holidaying there is always that doubt of have we chosen correctly, well we need not have worried the villa was all we could have wished for both in style and location shame the weather didn’t play it’s roll, would we go back most certainly.

entspannen und genießen

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und Anita vor Ort war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out. The views from the villa were wonderful - to wake up and have breakfast on the terrace with just the sound of the birds was so relaxing. And there is so much to see in this beautiful area. We will be back!
