The property was lovely. lots of space, is a great location, walking distance to the beach, the only problem was the pool was green and we couldn't use it, the pool man came on the last night and said we couldn't use it for 2hrs, which made it to late. We would stay again

Great place for a family

I was very surprised how big the house was. We had 10 people including children and it accommodated us all. It was walking distance to the beach and had a great pool. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to not be in each other's pockets. Highly recommend.

The most amazing home. There were 10 of us (all adults) and we were all very comfortable. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, amazing outdoor/pool area. Can not recommend it enough. Amazing,awesome, fabulous

this property is perfect for a family get away we had myself my 2 kids, my brother and his 2 kids, my parents and grandmother and we all fit in the house with plenty of room. The house was well set out and allowed for us to put children to sleep and not worry about them being disturbed by us while we stayed up. The kitchen was huge and allowed for easy meal prep. The house was clean and wel decorated and was just a perfect location. Was the perfect little get away for my mums 60th.

Great home away from home. We had 2 families stay in comfort at this great house. A short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and minutes to the main tourist spots of the region. Great value too.

Beautiful home in a great location

We loved staying in this home. It’s so spacious and such a quick walk down to the beach. We were a bit disappointed to find a few basics like sugar and salt/pepper weren’t in the home but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend for a large family group.

Nice house, outdoor living needs work

This house is lovely, spacious, nicely furnished, very comfortable and easy to be in. Unfortunately the outdoor living greatly detracts from this. The undercover area is ok, although the small bar fridge was filthy and not able to be used. The BBQ is large and impressive, however the sitting area would benefit from the addition of a table and chairs where meals could be eaten outdoors. The pool area was the most disappointing aspect. It is surrounded by dead grass with nowhere to sit around the pool. A little shade sail or an umbrella over the pool would be a good addition and some paving would make it more attractive. If you like primarily being indoors and aren't fussed about being able to comfortably lounge around the pool then you will love this house.

thanks Trish for your review & glad you had a lovely stay. id like to comment on some items you mentioned to ensure a clear understanding. the bar fridge is outside & just for guests convenience however they do get affected by the salt air & rust a bit. there is a lovely outdoor setting on the patio it is a lounge & table like setting like the photos show . i prefer this as it is more comfortable & informal. unfortunately we sre in a drought at the moment so yes the grass is brown & crunchy - first rain will bring this back in no time. Thank you for the shade sail suggestion. see you again .

Gorgeous 5 bedroom home, beautifully furnished, immaculately cleaned and stocked with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Massive BBQ, Outdoor shower, garage to lock up your valuables. 5 minute walk to the open beach and 5 minute drive into Agnes Water. The swimming pool is lovely but does need a proper hard deck built around it. Otherwise, it's very hard to fault this place. Our extended family of 10 loved it and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice layout and house position

Really love the house and position. But bit disappointed the washing machine leaked badly. Bathroom door lock didn’t work. TV in main bedroom didn’t work. The oven was dirty including still food in trays. Had to be cleaned before using. Also cockroaches in food cupboard and around the house.
