The space
Nestled at the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef, the twin towns of Agnes Water & Seventeen Seventy is a holiday-maker's dream destination. Enjoy the beautiful sub-tropical climate, you'll appreciate visiting at any time of year.

From 'Family Tides', take a leisurely 3-4 minute stroll to the stunning beach at the end of the street.

Bask in the Queensland sun, knowing that in your own time, you can retreat to the luxury of air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans. As you return to your holiday home, take advantage of the outdoor shower perfect for you to enjoy a quick rinse-off. Meanwhile, the kids will love exploring the cubby house!

Inside
The large master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed styled to accommodate holiday rest and heavenly sleep-ins. It also encompasses a generously sized ensuite, and a walk-in wardrobe complete with abundant dressing and storage space.

The open plan living, lounge, dining & kitchen areas are both comfortable and well-equipped for entertaining. Stretch out on the modern recliner-lounge and enjoy the large flat-screen Smart-TV. Dining may be had at the indoor or outdoor settings, and the outside entertaining deck incorporates a bar fridge for your convenience and is a fabulous place to have a BBQ whilst the kids play a game of Monopoly, cards, or UNO. The kitchen provides a family-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher & Nespresso coffee pod machine.


Your home here in Agnes Water will comfortably sleep 15 guests ( Maximum of 12 Adults) including a click-clack sofa option suitable for an additional child (15th guest) and there is also a port-a-cot available for an infant ( BYO cot linen)

Please note: This property is two-story, however, for guests with mobility issues, the top storey offers access to the kitchen, bathroom, living & laundry and it can easily be accessed via three small and solid steps from the carport.
