Great Beach Stay at Gordana’s Place

Myself and my family really enjoyed staying at Gordana’s place. She greeted us when we arrived and had the refrigerator stocked with fresh fruits and drinks when we arrived, a very nice touch. The house was clean and exactly as photographed. Very spacious. Beds were very comfortable! The best part of course was the proximity to the beaches. I also enjoyed a nice run through the park starting from her place (the peninsula that extends to Kasjuni Beach is closer to vehicle traffic past the beach; great for running and biking in morning/evening). I would love to come and stay here again!

Brief visit to Split

This property is just outside of city center. You can walk or do a short taxi ride. Beach is just on other side of small semi-busy road - easy to get to. Top deck has gorgeous views and perfect breeze for this time of year (late September). Wish we could have had more nights here.

What a pleasant stay! If I could give a 20/10 I would, our host was so sweet, caring and thoughtful. She made our stay so special. Plenty of towels and washing machine to do the basics! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! There was 5 of us and 1 guy, we all felt safe inside & outside. Ac worked like a treat on the main floor & upstairs attic! Three beautiful balcony’s to chillax on, 5 minute walk to a beautiful local beach! This location was a dream, 20 minute walk to centre Spilt/ 4-5 euro uber if needed to get home. We will definitely be back, thank you Gordana! 3

quiet neighborhood conveniently-located twenty minutes walk to the center of the old town Split

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently-located twenty minutes walk to the center of the old town of Split and five minutes walk to the beach. We quickly found that the walk along the waterfront was a lovely way to make our way into town and we stopped several times to enjoy coffee at a beachfront cafe. The Ivan Mestrovic Gallery is close by and we highly recommend a visit to both the Gallery and chapel. Our hostess was friendly and very attentive, helping us with dinner reservations when language was an issue. We enjoyed evening wine on the rooftop terrace which has a nice view of the sea. This is a pleasant place to stay and we highly recommend.

Fantastic landing spot away from busy Split

Goga’s house is large, very cute, and well located in a quiet part of Split (Varos) within minutes to one of the best beaches in Split. The roof terrace is beautiful and a wonderful gathering spot, and there were more beds than advertised even. My only downside is that it is about a 30 minute walk to central Split, which could become annoying to older guests, but it never posed a problem for us. Goga is very responsive and accommodating and we loved our stay with her.

Perfect welcome to Croatia!

We spent two nights in this VRBO rental when we first arrived in Croatia, prior to a cruise along the coast. We loved the nearby beach and easy walk into town. Gordana was very responsive to questions prior to arrival and to any needs that arose during our stay. I highly recommend this rental.

Very nice stay!

The house is very nice and in a very nice location. About a15 minute drive from town. The neighborhood is very nice and the beach at the end of the street is a wonderful treat and we loved more then the big beaches in town. The owner is very nice and very helpful. Wonderful multiple balconies to enjoy during the day! A great stay!

Beautiful Apartment in a Beautiful Location

Goga is such a lovely host. She was so helpful with information about Split. And, she even baked us bread, which was absolutely delicious! The apartment is a 20-25 minute walk to the marina (all downhill). It's also close to two different beaches and a museum. We used Split as a base while we explored the Dalmatian coast, and the apartment is so conveniently located. Parking was readily available, which was very important to us. I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this property.

This apartment is located in one of the nicer areas of Split. It's a 20 minute walk to the old town, 25 minutes coming back (uphill). We enjoyed the walk. Your host is wonderful and she baked us two loaves of bread during the six days we were there. I would whole heartedly recommend it.

Maison fidèle au descriptif, à 1/2h à pied du centre ville, dans un quartier calme et pavillonnaire. Maison très agréable, bien entretenue et suffisamment équipée pour les 6 personnes que nous étions. La propriétaire qui habite sur place est très agréable, accueil sympathique avec boissons et douceurs. Proche des transports en commun (à 5 mns) si on ne veut pas marcher, terrasse et jardin agréables. Bonne location à recommander tant pour la maison que pour la découverte de Split.
