Very nice community to be a part of for a week. My family felt very welcomed and my 10 and 3 year old loved the clean well maintained pools nearby. With 2 community pools it was nice to be able to see if one pool was less crowded. One day we had a whole pool to ourselves for hours! The location was perfect, with sound side and ocean side beaches less than 5 mins away by car and plenty of touristy things in the area too. The house was nice and well maintained and accurate to the pictures.

Worked well for us

We appreciated multiple kinds of pillows to choose from. Master bedroom mattress definitely needs to be replaced but the other queen bed was fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was great.

Saw a few cockroaches. 2 dead 1 alive caught it and flushed down toilet. It came from under upstairs locked hallway door. But other than that, had a very pleasant stay.

Clean and roomy place on the sound side

Stayed here with my wife and two kids to check out OBX for a few days between college visits. Tucked away on the sound side at the end of a residential street, and behind Jockeys Ridge State Park, it feels far away from the cars and tourist-oriented business on the nearby highway. Easy to reach the various sites in the Outer Banks. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and was even larger in person than the photos suggested. Would stay here again if I ever revisit this part of the Outer Banks.

Clean and convenient

The Villa was very clean and had a stocked kitchen so we didn’t need to bring anything but food. My kids enjoyed the pool every evening. My husband and I enjoyed the convenient location, we were close to everything we wanted to do!
