You will love the sound view and watching the boats come & go from the unobstructed view of the National Park Service Reserve while hearing the ocean sing. This cottage is fully stocked with kitchen necessities to cook any meal you desire. Cottage is in process of being updated. New roof, new windows, new flooring and freshly painted. Large yard, driveway & lots of space under cottage, including a special area for cleaning fish, located on a quiet street. New Basketball Goal.

Located at Mile Post 21, a short walk to the beach. At the southern town line of S. Nags Head and then another 5 miles of natural beach to explore with large dunes and no houses ending at Oregon Inlet. A 1 mile drive south takes you to the Bodie Island Light House which you can climb to the top and have a view of the entire island or walk over to the sound for some back sound fishing. The Oregon Inlet Fishing Center is just 4 miles further south where you can charter a trip for yourself or see the afternoon catch from the charter boats. Heading the opposite way, is a short drive to the Nags Head Fishing Pier and Fish Heads Bar & Grille. A few miles further is great shopping and restaurants. A few miles further you can visit the Aquarium in Manteo or the Wright Brother's Memorial and Jockey's Ridge.
