New renovated house just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the beach promenade. Nearby are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, ATM, green market, fish market. Car is not necessary. Free parking and Wi-Fi.

At the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula, the 3,000 year old city of Pula. The most famous buildings and landmarks in Pula amphitheater (Arena) from the first century. Events: the Croatian Film Festival has taken place since 1954 each year in the Arena (July), the festival of light music 'Arena' is also in Arena (July), Art & Music Festival - rock music festival.

For all lovers are many restaurants in Pula available that not only Istrian specialties, but also famous Istrian wines decided offer.

Einer unserer allerschönsten Urlaube!

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und dabei dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet, die unverputzten Wände geben einen Touch Vintage mit dazu. Sie ist sehr geräumig, und inbesondere die Ausdehnung über zwei Etagen und die beiden Terrassen vermitteln eher den Eindruck eines Ferienhauses statt einer Wohnung. Unsere beiden Teenager hatten im oberen Stockwerk ihr eigenes Reich mit eigenem Badezimmer, das haben sie sehr genossen! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine, modernem Herd mit Backofen, großem Kühlschrank und auch sonst allem was man braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich, Check-in und Check-out waren außerdem völlig unkompliziert! Die Lage ist ebenfalls fantastisch! Der Weg an die nahe gelegene Küste wird von hübschen kleinen Häusern gesäumt, und dort angekommen erstreckt sich die einzigartige lange Felsküste mit unzähligen Bademöglichkeiten und kristallklarem Wasser. Für kleinere Kinder gibt es einen schönen Kiesstrand. Ein wunderbarer Wochenmarkt mit täglich frischem Obst und Gemüse, mit Bäckereien, Käseläden und Metzger ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso ein gut sortierter Supermarkt sowie hübsche Bars, Cafés und richtig gute Restaurants mit einheimischer und fremdländischer Küche. In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man das Hotel Resort von Verudela, wo man für abenteuerlustige Kinder/Teenager ein riesiges Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten vorfindet.

Tolle Unterkunft

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Super Lage, privater Parkplatz, sehr nette Vermieterin. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und zwei Stadtstrände sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Unterkunft selbst ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Sehr saubere gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in guter Lage (Strandnähe/Einkaufmöglichkeiten)

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und gibt schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet (Verbesserungspotential: scharfe Messer/Messerschärfer oder Wetzstein und eine Mikrowelle wären noch das i-Tüpfelchen). Von dem Ferienhaus kommt man fußläufig zu einem Strand, für die interessanteren Strände (z.B. Hawai Beach) benötigt man doch das Auto oder Fahrrad. Alles in in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen auch unser 3-jähriges Töchterchen. Vielen Dank Frau Valic! Wir können die Villa Lungomare definitiv weiterempfehlen.

OTTIMA!!

La casa è molto ospitale, accogliente e pulita, l'arredamento è ottimo e la configurazione della casa è ideale sia per giovani che per famiglie. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. La spiaggia a 300m è comoda e grande. Situata sul lato del mare di Pola permette comodi spostamenti verso cittadine inerenti come Medulin, Premantura. Consigliata.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem gepflegtem und sauberen Haus verbracht - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet; die Küche, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Badenzimmer,Terrasse,.. Alles ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Bars, Discos, Strand. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ich kann diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.
