Villa is a 2 bed, 2 bath with laundry. King master, Queen guest. Living room features queen pull out couch and twin pull out love seat. 2 screened lanais. 1 car garage with golf cart parking. Rent a golf cart locally for extended stay guest. Utilities, cable, and wifi included. Fly in for an extended weekend all you will need is your clothes. Pick up a few items at the store on you way from the airport and relax / enjoy. Beach chairs, cooler, grill, bikes, beach bag, and much more ready for guest use.

We'll be back!!

Very nice condo. Well looked after. Met many residents in the area who were so helpful and friendly. Owner was very responsive and answered all of our inquiries. We would love to come back to this area.

Beautiful home in fantastic location!!!!!

Very nice clean well furnished villa in a great location. Walking distance to the pool (steps away) Cass Cay Bar/restaurant, marina and Tradin Post(which has the best ice cream). Enjoyed our morning walk around the Marina seeing Manatees & dolphins. Very quiet and relaxing! Liked that everything was on the main floor and had a garage. The owners are great to deal with and get right back to you on any questions we had. Enjoyed our long weekend and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone. Thanks again Nick & Lisa

Well-located, comfortable rental

We had a great time at Burnt Store Marina. The rental was comfortable and well-equipped. Loved the location just steps away from the pool, short walk to restaurant/bar/trading post. Also enjoyed the Marina Walk. Owners very quick to address any questions or concerns and were great to deal with.

Great rental!

We had a wonderful home at Burnt Store Marina! Everything was comfortable and clean, the owners were very helpful, and the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. There was fun stuff included with the house...bicycles, tennis and fitness membership, plus swimming and water aerobics right across the lane. And we have a sailboat so the marina was a perfect place to keep it. We will be back next year!

Absolutely loved everything about this place!

We felt we were in paradise. We were here for a wedding and relaxation and boy did this place fit the bill. So enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub, the nice folks we met, the beautiful grounds, walking the Marina and the Trading post and Cass Cay Restaurant just further beyond the pool. If you'd just like a sandwich for lunch, you can call the Trading Post and just walk over and pick them up and they are wonderful and reasonable! Such a convenient location. We only wished we had more time to use the fitness center and tennis courts. Our little dog was very comfortable being left alone there as we had to go places. The beds are VERY comfortable. If you like BBQ, (ribs, chicken, pulled pork, we highly recommend Wally's Southern BBQ in Port Charlotte. We loved it so much are seriously considering buying there within the next year. Did NOT want to leave and luckily Nick and Lisa allowed us to stay an additional day.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the area be it shopping at Fisherman's Village, dinning at many of the local establishments, watching the sun set over the harbor, or listening to the many local bands. Burnt Store Marina is where you will meet new friends for life and you will be planning your next trip back before you leave.

What makes this property unique

Surrounded by subtropical protected forest views to the rear which, the view will never change. The front lanai offers a view of the pond where a alligator has made his home. Rent a golf car, bike, or walk to the channel between the South and North basin in the marina, and land red fish, snook, and tarpon. Watch the dolphins and manatee play in the marina. Have dinner or a drink at Cass Cay which over looks the South basin docks. Nightly entertainment at Cass Cay features bands, karaoke, and trivia nights. The resort units are the only units where you have full access to the pool, fitness center, and tennis courts at no additional cost.
