My wife and I would like to welcome you to our Art-Deco home in a Historic district called the North End which borders downtown! It is walk-able (sidewalks everywhere) to downtown, walk-able to restaurants like State & Lemp, Jano Jou Patisserie, Cloud 9 Brewery, Starbucks or Three Amigos. Albertsons grocery store is around the corner as well as Family Dollar. 4 blocks away is a gym and we are near the infamous Boise Greenbelt- a paved walkway/runners/bikers path (follows the river for 30 miles!)!!
The adorable and spacious north end cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 full eclectic bathrooms (one with duel shower heads!). 1 GB High Speed Internet service with ~ 300 MB’s WiFi! This cozy home has two separate living rooms great for entertaining, watching free movies with Roku and relaxing.
Fully equipped bar and gas fireplace to cozy to or set the mood on a cold winter night. Our home also offers a brand new luxurious kitchen with all new appliances, cutlery, spices and necessities to cook a wholesome meal. There are two dining area tables, one off of the main level living room and one next to the bar.
All bedrooms have comfy queen beds with memory foam mattress pads, closets, fans and master bedroom has TV. does a great job of maximizing every square foot for living space.
You will be sure to notice the beautiful original hardwood floors and coved ceilings capturing the 1930s era. There is washer dryer and laundry in the basement which has large egress windows, has canned lighting and gets an abundance of natural light.
The private backyard features a covered patio, BBQ, vegtable and herb gardens and firepit to roast marshmallows. The high speed WiFi also extends to the patio so you can sit outside to work or surf the web while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. There is also a driveway with off street parking!
Complimentary cruiser bikes also available upon request.

My wife and I consider ourselves adventurers and like to be active and keep up with community events. We enjoy taking small and large trips because we feel there is adventure everywhere you go! We consider ourselves to be people people who would love to meet you! We enjoy getting to know others and their stories! We relax by cooking, hiking in the foothills, biking downtown, and taking walks on greenbelt. Boise is a great city to explore and we would love to share it with you!
