This studio/one-bedroom apartment has all the amenities of home with cozy and warm decor, an ideal location, and a water view making this midtown property hard to beat! Onsite parking is provided. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a walk-up Triplex with 40 steps from the driveway to the apartment.
