Amazing stay!

The property itself was fantastic. It was quiet, clean and there were so many pool options! The villa was perfect. We had a 2 bedroom, plenty of space, full kitchen with all the basic necessities. We were on vacation but had all the perks of home! We absolutely loved our stay and am looking forward to our next visit!

Great Stay

I needed to be in the area to move my dad out of assisted living and considered all my nearby options. I loved the architecture of Legacy Villas, being next to the mountainside (I’m a nature lover), the perfectly maintained landscaping, the pools and onsite gym were all factors for me. The condo was very clean and maintained with great morning sun and views - it was perfect for my time there. And Greg and Michelle were super accommodating when I extended my stay, twice!

Perfect Condos

We chose two (2) units (both two bedroom) four the four company partners. We needed to be close to La Quinta resort for a conference but also have some privacy for the four of us. The two condos were perfect for us and a great way to save money by cooking breakfast daily in the well appointed kitchens. Would highly recommend either of the two units- C44 and C48

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely love La Quinta Villas! The unit was quiet, spacious and adequately stocked with necessities. Many pools within a short walk, so finding a quiet pool is never an issue.

We loved our quick last min get away, owners are amazing! The unit was super clean and with everything was in working order. We Loved it so much that we will book it again. Great views, quite, and super safe, great location easy walk to downtown La Quinta. You won't be disappointed!

Very nice complex and individual unit in La Quinta area

Nicely appointed residences in a very well-designed complex. Lots of swimming pools to choose from. Entrance was handled professionally. Lovely views of nearby mountains. A few minor annoyances (dining areas are tight, outside stairs can be slippery after rain, one mini-fridge was not working) but overall, our group of three families was very pleased and satisfied with our stay. We would definitely return.
