The back deck opens up to More Mesa Open Space, a grassland habitat for lots of cute critters that also includes miles of hiking trails. It’s not uncommon to see bobcats, coyotes, mountain bikers, and locals on horseback all in one day. Situated in between Goleta and Santa Barbara, everything is a short distance away.
