Inside, the cozy living area is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun, while the fully stocked kitchen makes gathering for meals simple and enjoyable. The desirable split floor plan provides added privacy, with the primary bedroom — featuring balcony access — located on the opposite side of the unit from the second bedroom and additional full bathroom. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included so you can pack light and enjoy an stress-free stay.

Braemar Towers, located oceanfront on 131st Street, is impeccably maintained and close to restaurants, shops, and activities. This amenity-rich building feels like a private resort, offering an oceanfront outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center with saunas, game room, and a large open-air oceanfront deck.

Additional Fees: A $75 registration fee is assessed to each reservation. Guests are required to register their vehicle at the Braemar Towers front desk upon arrival.

We thought this was a great condo! Very clean well maintained. We didn’t cook in the unit as we had family one block away that we spent most of our time with. Would definitely rent again!

Great place to stay

Easy check in at Coastal, but a little difficult to find the office at the actual condo. Confusing parking lot at first. Nice place, good amount of space, great view, perfect proximity to the beach. Wish the pool would have been open later in the evenings. Art work in the master bedroom was a bit risque for family. Overall great place to stay.

Ocean City Condo

This was a trip with my two daughter in laws and 4 grandchildren ages 8 to 13. Pros: location in Ocean city, nice pool in the complex, short walk to the beach, condo was older but comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing Cons: Master bedroom has inappropriate art work for children. Had to pay $75 dollars for second parking pass since we had two vehicles

Needs Major Refresh

Pros: Location, ocean view, condominium building with nice exterior and recently remodeled common hallway flooring and walls. There were plenty of luggage carts to assist with move-in/out. Cons: The unit itself was very outdated from the furniture, electronics, and appliances. Various light bulbs need replacing. TV remote was broken. Our washing machine did not work and the hot water to shower in second bathroom was non-existent. We were greeted with a dishwasher full of dishes. Hallway closet was a mess filled with junk. Broken furniture on the balcony. We would definitely return to the building itself but would not return to this particular unit or recommend it to anyone else.

Surprisingly baby friendly

We had three adults and an 8 mo old stay in this place, with extended family in the condo next door. Amenities at the property are top notch with pool and sun deck. The decor in this unit is outdated, but the layout was great (bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room, each with their own bath) and it was surprisingly baby friendly - we didn’t need to move any fragile/breakable items for an 8 mo old who is pulling to stand and cruising. Would be nice if checkin in/out was at a closer coastal realty than on 80th st, but only about a 10mjn drive away from property. Would absolutely stay here again!
